love this place. One thing i wanted to buy in vegas were sunglasses, i saw this place not expecting anything and i went out with to pairs of sunglasses that i truly love. the customer service is fantastic and i would love to come back

I just want to start of by saying that the manager Kozman was amazing he had world class customer service. He made me feel like I was really in the store shopping showing me all the selections they had in stock. He went above and beyond to make my experience amazing he was always so nice and even with all my questions he never was rude. I absolutely enjoyed his level of customer service he went the extra mile to help me out. I will definitely be reaching out to him again for future purchase. If you want it he will help you get it for sure.

PHENOMENAL Customer Service! Walked in to just browse but actually their staff helped me find a frame for prescription glasses which I just gave up in vain trying to find some that are stylish and accent my face.Also helped me decide between watches for myself…LOVE the Captain Marvel limited edition watch… have gotten so many compliments.Great selection and all-star staff…highly recommend stopping in!Have more selection in the store than online. One of the reps offered to ship me anything from the store. Will be taking him up on that to buy a limited edition Thor watch

Glasses aren’t worth the price at all.The glasses we wanted costed 120$ and had marks of use all over. We asked for a new ones and saw they have hundreds of glasses pilled up in boxes each covered by a thin plastic with no care at all and of course the new ones had the same marks. After seen how they storage them which reminded us to a 1$ shop we didn’t want to buy any of them.

While attending the NFL Draft, I was in dire need of a screw for my designer glasses and came across two angels, Kiley and Lexi working at the Vegas location next to the LINQ and they fixed my shades without charge. Wow,Wow,Wow!!! This is the best customer service I have ever experienced! I dealt with Kozman and he was knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and went above and beyond!! He gets a 10 out of 10 for sure! If you want great watches and sunglasses at very reasonable prices and want to deal with a company and representatives like Kozman who are far above all others... always buy with Chilli Beans Sunglasses and watches.
