Nice to find a brick and mortar Chicos this close to home! Sadly, they were already sold out of many pretty items -- they cheerfully offered to order online for us but it would have been nice to be able to try them before buying and potentially having to return. Excellent, helpful staff. Wonderful Passport rewards program. Nice sale going on BOGO 50%. Saved almost $50 today! Woohoo

Clean, friendly,helpful and explained things well & in detail. It was my first time in Chico’s I definitely will be going back. Parking isn’t the best.

This one star is for the old lady who works at ChicosMe and mom visited the store and tried a 1 dress and 1 top which I left in the fitting room not hangedSo the old lady was soo rude she is like are you doneIs that how you leave the clothesI am like yes that’s how I leave it at every store no one ever said anythingIf you are too tired and too old for retirement then stop working and rest at home but don’t be rude to customersI felt she was racist just because I am brown she acted so rudely to mePlus I am a local for this Chicos been shopping here for 6 years now first time the staff was so rudeMs old lady time for retirement but don’t be so rude

The best shopping experience! First off, I ran in to return something's that I ordered online. First time Chico purchase! Just didn't fit (new to their sizing system). I arrived 20 minutes before they were closing and knew I had to move fast! The sales associates were cert welcoming- especially considering they were about to close. They assured me not to rush and to take my time! Yute and Molly BOTH were extremely helpful and took their time to help me find the perfect fits and styles and orient me into the Chico ways! I'm hooked! Fabulous first impression, adorable clothes and amazing quality! Thank you Yute and Molly for making my 1st trip their so fun and loading me up with some of the cutest clothes I think I've ever purchased.

Called yesterday because something was on sale I had just bought and was told I could come in today for the price adjustment. Manager refused to do it saying she would never instruct her employees to say that-well *karen they did and now I'm upset and won't be back and you lost an additional sale. Even offered to show her my phone call log- she acted like I was a liar.Love the clothes and it's easier to shop online. This is why stores are closing for online sales...

Came in today to look for some nice colorful button ups. Found several. But I will not spend money in a store where no one greets you and does not even bother to acknowledge you. Was in there for 10 minutes and I passed both woman a few times. Not even a "hello, is there anything you need help looking for". Maybe it's because I didn't look rich enough to be in there, or something else due to color. Before anyone responds with maybe they were busy helping someone else.....I was the only person in there besides the two woman working there.

The associates working at this location have gone above and beyond every time I’ve shopped there. Very courteous and patient. I have not had that experience in any of the other locations i have visited.

Not my style, so no 5 stars for that only. Store was well mechandissd and displayed. Staff was friendly. It is nice that Talbots and Ann Taylor are close as well.Parking is easy in easy out for as busy as this spot is.
