After going to 7 car lots this place actually had people who came out and talked to us. A very nice young man, Herman, helped us right away. Found a car I liked and went on a test drive with Herman. Then Art came out and negotiated a deal with my son. He bought it on the spot. Great customer service.! Paperwork went smooth and we were out the door in an hour!! Thank you Herman and Art for a great experience.

For once It was a pleasure to buy a used vehicle, no games no gimmicks , no long drawn out process. Gustavo was great. He was straight forward , patient, knowledgeable and I truly felt he was trustworthy. We have only had the truck for a week, and it’s running great with no hiccups. I will leave another review down the line to let you know how it’s going but as for now, I highly recommend the auto dealer. Very happy! On my next review I will leave the 5th star if all is well with the vehicle.

They advertise vehicles having options that they do NOT have. Before you buy confirm all options stated on the website. I contacted them on Aug 12th and they said yes the Jeep has a towing hitch and after I said please confirm it does so I don’t waste my time driving over there from the AutoMall and some employee rudely replied and said, omg let me run and find out I wouldn’t want you getting pissed lol. That was so incredibly rude! Because of this false advertisement I missed buying another Jeep since I wasted my time on this false advertisement and someone else bought the Jeep I wanted at another lot. Will be filing a complaint with the Nevada Consumer Affairs dept for fraudulently advertising their vehicles have options they don’t.

I was looking for a honest and reliable dealership and thankfully I found Chi Motors.

Cargurus directed me to Chi Motors because I was interested in a pickup truck. I inquired about the vehicle and received a text from Gustavo Rosas back right away asking me to make an appointment. I responded with "I see you close at 7:00 PM tonight can I drop by after work?" I received a text back that the dealership was only open from 9-6 m-f. This is different than their the website. Website stated m-f 9:30 to 7:00 and open on Saturday from 7:00 to 5:00. Too bad the information online is not correct. I would have liked to look at this truck, but this dealership has chosen to limit their hours.

This was my first time buying a vehicle and I had no idea what I was doing. These guys did everything for me. They got me good financing, did the leg work to get me an insurance policy that worked for me and basically all I had to do was sign my name a few times (more than a few). I highly recommend Chi Motors.

I bought a car from Chi Motors and they dicked up the paperwork and now I cant get a title for my car. The management doesent seem to be motivated to fix the problem. Buy somewhere else!!!
Seven months later the title finally came through and the owner and I came to a financial agreement to make the whole shit storm a little more palatable, so I increased the star rating a little.
