Coming from California looking for a trustworthy vet for my babies I was so lucky to find them. Look no further, i promise you will thank me later. Had to put my Daisy girl down and they made the whole process a little easier with the kindness and compassion!
Love them!!

This was our first time here. Dr. Younanian was very kind and compassionate. She is extremely knowledgeable. She was very gentle with our cat. You can tell that she loves her job by the way she treats everyone. She really made us feel welcome here. We highly recommend Cheyenne West to our friends and family.

For the past four years I have gone to Cheyenne West for dental cleanings for my Wesite. First, seeing Dr. Hewitt and then Dr. V. Both have left the practice and just 2 weeks ago, went back for my dog's annual pre-op visit for he dental cleaning. This visit was my first time meeting Dr. McCollum. My opinion is that she was not empathic to my 16 year Westie, my concerns, was not open to working on the end goal. I was totally turned off by this experience and canceld the dental cleaning. I have now moved my business to another Summerlin Vet.

Just called this office 12:49 PM on 9.5.24. The lady answering needs to take a 10 minute break or something. I was hung up on after not having more than 1 second to respond with a hello. I called back, I was asked to wait unless it is an emergency, and was almost hung up on again before I had to almost yell Hello and was asked if it was an emergency and before I could say no I was put on hold for 6 minutes before I finally hung up the phone. Not a good start to a potential new customer wanting to find a place to bring a once abused Dog too. I need an office with happy people in it. Have a blessed day.

Every time I go into Cheyenne West animal hospital, doesn’t matter if they are about to close or they are extremely busy, they always take the time to say hello and make me feel like I’m the only one there. I appreciate that!!!!

They have very little appt availability. Their office is empty but they can't give you an appt 5 weeks out. When I specifically told them i only wanted rabies, they still have my dog 4 vaccines. When they thought my dog might need xrays they said they would have to put him under anesthesia. After being given a round of anti-inflammatory that didn't help they didn't realize it wasn't arthritis. I went to Centennial animal hospital and she knew right away that he had degenerative myelopathy just from the way he was walking. She didn't try to get us to do any useless xrays or testing and waste our money. She also said she almost never uses anesthesia for xrays. I will not be going back even though it is the closest and they give military discount.

I have taken two different dogs of my employers to this facility and always felt they did a really great job ! Now I am encouraging my current employer to use this company for her dog too!

Dr. Silver has been great for me and my dog. She's helped us out a lot and I trust her to do what's best. I've also had to come in twice now for emergencies, once with a broken paw :( and once for a bad tummy ache. Theres a considerable fee for walk-ins but both times I was seen quickly which cannot be said for most vet offices. Thanks for taking care of my baby!

Cheyenne West Animal Hospital was my best veterinarian experience in the city. All technicians were super sweet, knowledgeable and understanding. And Dr. Cordray did an amazing job working with my dog. My dog doesn’t trust people quickly, but by the end of our appointment my schnauzer respected and trusted Dr. Cordray. I was very impressed. Also, Dr. Cordray’s knowledge and explanation of my dog’s lipomas was very thorough. I came in pretty stressed but left feeling well taken care of. I highly recommend this clinic to all friends, family, and strangers on the internet. (Also the stained glass windows in the waiting room are so cute.)

Dr. Anthony Cordray has been treating my pet for a thyroid condition since 2022 and insisted on bloodwork to recheck levels every few months in order to get a refill of the medication. I absorbed the cost for 2 years hoping the medication would be regulated only to find out that Dr. Cordray has been over medicating my pet. I asked for a different doctor to review my pet's medical history and never received a follow up. Avoid booking an appointment with Dr. Cordray. His demeanor is condescending and clearly prioritizes making money off unnecessary visits and examinations over your pet's health.

They overcharge for their services, $75 exam each time, even when you just want to have your pet vaccinated. My dog had a spay procedure there, with bloodwork I paid almost $500. Then it turns out they didn't do the procedure right causing my dog to still bleed every once in a while. Their customer service is poor all the way around! I definitely would not recommend taking your pet there!

My pet had a medical emergency and Cheyenne west went above and beyond to help my pet. I hope he doesn’t ever need to go but am happy to know that Cheyenne West will be there to save the day!

I'm glad Dr Cordray went here. The old offices he worked at were so frustrating putting you on hold for 30 minutes. The office here is great and the front staff are always helpful and do a great job. Thank you for taking care of our pups needs.
