Stopped by early and that was probably the cleanest gas station bathroom I’ve ever been in, it even smelled good! Coffee was hot & fresh, employee Russell was friendly & talkative

Went to try and buy a drink and there was multiple people waiting outside due to a note on the door stating Bathroom break, back in 10 minutes. I waited 15 minutes after I arrived and never got to go in. I have no idea how long the other people were waiting but the clerk lost multiple customers due to a very extended bathroom break.

Went here at 03/31/2021 at 10:15 PM to buy gas and Alkanix 24 pack water. The lady was unable to scan the water. Short story I told the lady that the guy in the morning usually scan the water using the barcode by the cashier machine. The barcode worked! The lady ended up blaming for the poor customer service she provided. She told me that I should've told her 10 minutes ago that she had to use that special barcode. As a customer, why do I have to tell the cashier what to do? I did not want to make a scene and I ended up writing this review.

I started pumping gas into my car and gas started going all over because they hadn’t connected the nozzle to the hose correctly. (Got all over my shoes.)I immediately stopped and went inside to let them know about this dangerous hazard.I also told the guy to cancel my transaction because I shouldn’t be paying for gas that’s lying on the ground (even if it is only 0.386 gallons). The guy responded with “I’ll be out in a minute with some stuff.” I’m surprised he didn’t smell it on me, but again he didn’t care.I was worried about how the guy didn’t seem to care, so I put the nozzle on the ground so the next person would know not to use it.I moved my car and started trying to fill it.But then my credit card wouldn’t work at the next pump because it was still stuck in the transaction at the first pump (because the guy hadn’t canceled it!)So I went in to ask the guy to cancel it- he was just standing at the register- not coming out with any hazard signs or anything and acted very annoyed that I was bothering him again.He refused to cancel the transaction until I hung up the pump and I again tried to explain how dangerous this situation could be (he should have known this already but didn’t seem to care). The whole time he’s acting more and more annoyed by my existence.He said he’d be right out with the stuff, so I went out and put the pump back up. I almost immediately had to stop another customer from using it.I finished filling my car (over $25) at a different pump and the guy still hadn’t come out.I was concerned about how dangerous this was, so I went back in and spoke with the assistant manager.While showing her what I was taking about, I casually mentioned how it had gotten on me- she offered the bathroom, nothing more. Not even an “Oh! I’m sorry about that.” Honestly, I wasn’t expecting anything more at this point.She finally put a yellow “broken” bag on the nozzle but informed me that because the guy hadn’t canceled my transaction I’m going to be charged for it. Even though I’d told him to cancel it twice (which he claims he hadn’t heard me say).Avoid these people who endanger the public and charge you for products you don’t actually get!!

This is the only location I am aware of that has a smog check service that is open past 7pm. I needed a smog not long ago and called every smog location listed on google maps near Anthem. I know it's a little drive but wasn't bad traffic at the time in early evening. Everything else you would expect from a gas station with the addition of free air and bathroom if you ask. Free vacuum with an automated car wash purchase and every 10th wash is free.
