I went into use the restroom. I asked the clerk for the restroom code and she hesitated to give it to me and proceeded to ask me if it was an emergency? I was about to go on the floor and I'm looking at CLAUDIA like What??. Mind you this is a public restroom in a GAS STATION with no visible signage stating this restroom was not available for use. If the restroom had limited, use for employees only or was closed for cleaning or any other matter, there should be a sign notating that. I do not appreciate her discriminating against me because of my skin color that I was going to dirty the restroom. That's was it was. Once coming out of the restroom, I approached the counter and let her know exactly what I'm writing in this review that there is no signage stating it was not available for use by a customer. Her excuse for hesitating to give me the key code was that she's not able to clean it and it's been used a lot today, she said a direct quote.?? Wait What?? ma'am that's what restrooms are for is for use. Why else would you have them? Which again leads me to believe that she just didn't want me to use her precious clean restroom because of my skin color. Claudia you should not be allowed to service or work with the public. Also, I had a Louis Vuitton bag. I have Gucci glasses and I am not poor nor homeless. So clearly this was nothing but straight RASICM!!! a great look !!! I will also be contacting your corporate offices regarding this matter. :) have a great day!

Look me and a friend went there to buy something and they accused us of stealing stuff from them when we asked for footage they denied us the footage of us "stealing" from them. For anyone going here I feel sorry for you...

Terrible's has done away with car wash attendants and decided to go with automation. My truck was really dirty and needed a pre-scrub before going through car wash. No one there to scrub my vehicle so it went through and came out with all of the dirt I went in with but now the dirt was mud. I paid $16 for a wash I never got. I demanded a refund and got it with no argument. Employees stated that since new machines were installed that it happens all the time. I will never use Terribl's again. I'm going to use those guys on the side of the road because you'll get a very good job. Shame on you Terrible's.

Stop by here from work to buy the happy meal with the Halloween bucket for my son, since it was displayed on their board i was guessing they would have it, right?! That's the promotion. I got the regular kids' meal box and and old, probably left over toy from their previous. When I asked the guys at the window said they dont have the bucket.

IF YOU DOORDASH AVOID!! This location was one of my worst experiences with door dash delivering I have ever experienced. I was at the drive thru (it was late so inside was closed) and I got to the speaker and said that I had a door dash order for someone. I gave them the name and the lady (her name was Rosa) said that they didn't have the order. I asked her to please check again and I read the order out loud to her which was a "Big Mac pack with 2 sweet and sour and 1 hot mustard". She said again that they didn't have the order and that they have about 7 door dashes. I read it about 3 more times because she was not understanding and kept saying single Big Mac but it was not a single big Mac and I kept trying to tell her that but she didn't want to hear it. At this point I was extremely frustrated and told her I am just going to come to the window so she can see the order her self on my phone because maybe that would clear up any confusion. While I was waiting, I contacted door dash support and went through a series of options and door dash said that the store had confirmed the order but to just re order it if they don't have it. So that is what I told them at the window. I repeated the order several times and then Rosa came back out and immediately started saying that they didn't have it. So I told her again "ok I contacted door dash support and they said to order it separate and that it is all ready payed for through them". She still was trying to talk over me the whole time and so I repeated the order one last time and she pointed to the order worker and said that it's right there. So they had my order the whole entire time. Then she started yelling at me saying that it's called a "Big Mac bundle" not a Big Mac pack. I showed her my screen and said ok it tells me it's a Big Mac pack and how am I suppose to know that it's called something different. I would like to also add that how many Big Mac "bundles" with 2 sweet and sour and 1 spicy mustard could there be at 1:40 am.. this whole situation could have easily been avoided if Rosa (who I also think was a manager) listed to what the order was. Instead she chose to be extremely rude from the beginning for no apparent reason even though I remained calm and understanding through this whole situation. I know this is just a McDonald's but this was really unacceptable. Apologies for the extremely long review. Again if you are a door dash driver, try to avoid getting orders from this location!!

Waited 25 min in line to get to the pick up window and they didn't even know what I ordered. If that wasn't bad enough, after waiting that long you would think they would give us fresh food but nope, all old, cold and disgusting. Wasted $19 on terrible food we can't even eat.

I come to this McDonald's often and I mean like 5 times a week. They are the closest place between work and home. I constantly have something wrong with my order. Today I got an iced creamer rather than an iced coffee.

Overrun with homeless men and women. At any given time there are three to six homeless people in the parking lot panhandling and approaching customers. They'll come in the store and follow you. It looks like the staff have been instructed not to keep them out. They're always around the bathrooms and sitting at the tables of the attached McDonald's. Generally harmless but be careful and be aware when you go there.

No cinnamon rolls. How could you? And how come the inhabitants over in this section of LV didn't make a fuss. Your cashier Skywalker. That's what he told me to call him said you haven't had it for two years. But I really love sky walkers personality. I appreciate him guiding me to the bathroom and telling me of his favorite drink which is crème brûlée. Simple interaction but so meaningful. He made my day.

The worst thing they could do to this location was have high schoolers work there. Lol literally on the phone texting when I pulled up to the window and still continued to be on the phone. WILD! @ the window tho? What a joke. I get it, it's McDonald's but damn they have no type of customer service . Bring the hard working people back . We love and take good care of them!

Service was quick and food was made good for a change... This location is better than some if the others nearby
