This place does not even deserve one star. Today I was getting gas and I turned on the automatic shut off while getting my gas & got in my car. It failed to shut off automatically which has never ever happened to me before, and I didn't notice it right away and it was pouring out of my gas tank. Luckily, another lady near me saw it happening and alerted me so I quickly got out of my car and shut it off! There were NO paper towels anywhere at any of those fill points to get gas. Luckily, I had a towel in my car and started wiping everything off including myself. I went inside to tell the employees and to get some paper towels but they didn't have any in the register area, nothing, nada. They said I can go use the restroom lol what a f****** joke! None of them gave one iota about the situation and no one offered to help so I went back to my car and wiped it off some more with a towel I had, and as I was getting in my car an employee came out and didn't say one word to me. He just replaced the paper towels. When I alerted him to the huge mess of gasoline all over the ground that I thought might be dangerous for others, he just looked at it and walked away. Wow. Incredibly horrible customer service and complete idiots at Terribles at this location. U know what? It's definitely TERRIBLE!!! Great name.

The pump touch screen was not working. Could not get the grocery discount or even print the receipt. Cashier did apologize for the inconvenience.Not the first time this has happened...

I sometimes stop here when I go to the UPS store, I usually get a soda, or snack, it's a nice store, a nice variety of things, the staff are friendly, courteous, and want to help, at least when I've stopped there, it's easy to see from the street, and there's a Smith's near by if you want to do some groceries shopping.

I've only been to the Chevron once, I usually go to the UPS store, I stopped at Chevron to pick up a cold drink, the store was nice and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, you can see it from Charleston, it's easy to get to on the bus, it's actually a very nice store, I'd go back again anytime.

I haven't been to a gas station for 2 years and this is the cleanest one I've ever been to in Las Vegas. Right when I walked in there was a line but that went quicker than I expected. The employee Gregory was efficient, attentive, very welcoming as he acknowledges every customer that walks into the store and I love the fact that he's constantly disinfecting, cleaning, and organizing! Their slushy coffee flavors in mocha and vanilla is absolutely delicious and refreshing!

The Terrible Herbst location at Hualapai and Charleston Drive in Summerlin is not a "safe place" to visit. There are customers here that openly harass other visitors, including yelling gay slurs and threatening violence inside the store. The employees here will not contact police when there are violent incidents. An employee at this store insisted that I go outside the store as I was seeking safety inside from an attacker. When I was forced outside the attacker continued yelling gay slurs, attempted to assault me as I hopped fences to avoid him, then chased me across the street and assaulted me by kicking my feet out from underneath me trying to knock me down on Charleston. This store is not a safe place. If you are confronted with people stalking you, yelling gay slurs, threatening violence, and assaulting you the store employees will not contact the police and will blame you for inviting trouble into their store. Recommend boycotting this store for those reasons.

Terrible service! Wouldn't take my card and had to go see cashier. Pump wouldn't work and no one could figure out or help as I stand out in the cold for 10 minutes and go inside twice! Crap and more crap!! All I want is to go home from a hard day of work and this is what I get! Will definitely warn all my family and friends of this location!!!!!!!!

Everyone who works In this nasty a$$ store should be fired. I've gone to bathrooms in Afghanistan that this place makes look like the 4 God dam seasons! CLEAN THE DAM BATHROOM! Lazy a** workers. Smh

I've been here many times for gasoline. I always walk in to pay cash so rely on face-to-face customer service at a register. Most of the time service is really good; fast and professional. One time I walked past an employee who was taking a cigarette break in front of the store and then I proceeded to wait at the register (less than a minute) while she finished her cigarette and then she came back into the store to take my gasoline purchase. She was courteous at the register, but I still should not have had to not only walk through a smoke-filled area to get into the store but then made to wait. I didn't see any other employee in the store that could have covered the register. I hope she did not have to work her shift alone. Not cool. The location is convenient for me, and considering the numerous times I've had good service I plan on returning in the future as needed.

Worst car wash I've ever gotten. Do not waste your money. I had to turn around because they left the ashtray full of ashes & trash, middle console sticky & still trash on the floor, still dirt spots on the outside. I called to talk to the manager & he didn't even care.
