Just waited an entire hour to get into the car wash and the machine would not take three different cards as payment. So damn pissed! The number they have listed is a fax. Another reason to be pissed. This place owes me for my time!

Can you post your store hours please. This is the third time this week I tried to come in and doors were locked with no notice. It states 24 hrs and it is not.

I purchased a car wash here. The wash was going fine until the air blower blew dust/dirt all over my car. I went inside and asked them to come look at my car and told them they need to shut down their car wash because it was malfunctioning. They did neither. All they did was give me a coupon for another wash. I will not be using this car wash, nor buying my gas here, ever again.

No customer service. Attendant Christian works there and can't even answer a simple question about the car wash because he only works inside the store. Asked for a manager to talk to to find out the info and he hangs up. It's crazy that you are hired for customer service and you have none.

Kudos to employee Evan. He was polite, greeting everyone coming into the store and assisted my sister with a re-carwash after having issues with it earlier. I was very pleased with him resolving the issue. Unlike an "assistant manager" on duty the same day. and not a 5 star because of the unpleasant time my sister had earlier with the "asst. mgr".

Right in the corner of blue diamond and Durango. Self service at this location. You can use card or walk in and pay with cash. They have a little store inside if you're stopping and need something to snack on or drink. They have McDonald's/Don tortaco and some other places around if the store doesn't have what you want.

Pump will only give me 3/10 of a gallon before it shuts off continually. Time is valuable.

They charge extra for contactless and credit/ debit card gas purchases... they call it a "cash discount". This practice is actually a penalty for customers who want to be safe. The car wash is "brush free" and your car will come out looking the same or worse than when it goes in. I tried this car wash for the first time many years ago and it was the same back then. Looks like they haven't fixed it, and have no plans to. At least after trying it again today, I went inside and told the cashier about the issue and was given a refund. So the car wash is Terrible and the debit/credit card penalty is a Terrible practice. I guess this place lives up to its name.

I've always trusted Terrible Herbst car washes to do a good job. I spent $13 on a wash today at automated wash here, and it was worthless. It did nothing for the dirt and rain spots on my hood from the last big rain. Seriously, don't get your car washed here, go someplace that has actual brushes.

I really dislike giving bad reviews to businesses. However, there always seems to be some kind of issue at this gas station--we took frequently. Often times its a non-functioning gas pump for some reason or another. The car wash here isn't very good either. This is the straw that broke the camel's back. BAD GAS. More specifically the premium grade on Monday, July 13, 2020. We had about 1/4 tank left and decided to fill up since we were picking up our Rx from Walgreens. About an hour or less into driving (1/4 of a tank later), our car started sputtering when accelerating. It finally stalled out and turned off by itself as we were pulling into an Advance Auto parts store. How lucky were we! We bought some octane booster and other stuff to add to the gas. It continued to sputter a bit but we were able to make it home. The next day since we had room in the gas tank, we filled up somewhere else and the car has luckily been back to normal. I just wanted to post this in hopes of saving someone else money (from buying new fuel injectors, spark plugs, etc.) who also has gotten bad gasoline from this place. Be sure to get a few bottles of octane booster, etc. and keep refilling your tank as much as possible to dilute the bad stuff.

This set of gas pumps doesn't offer the print off coupons for purchasing fuel here like other terribles.
