I visited this location this morning there was an employee named Sabrina who was very unprofessional. She was addressing some customers and in my opinion was very rude. I didn’t like her attitude and left without purchasing anything after witnessing her behavior.

The employees are unprofessional and rude, especially in the morning. Nobody who works there seem happy to be there. There's a lot of complaining and personal conversations shared that should not be overheard by customers especially when there are young children present. Employees smoke outside in front of the building in the walkways. Just an overall eye sore and poor customer service.

S*** hole company! Telling a 70 year old they can't sell me a 6 pack of beer without my ID! I was spending about $200-250 a month for gasoline at this this place. Haven't spent one dime with them 3 years! Anyway their gas pumps a re way too slow! Who wants to spend 15-20 minutes breathing gas fumes.

TIONNA is her name, and a big mouth and crappy attitude is her game. Came in for snacks and gas. Tionna decided to share her thoughts about another customer in the store. Exclaiming "I hate when they do that!"because he brought items to the register and went back for more items (because he can't carry everything at once.) She starts scanning my items, i let her know i need $20 in gas, and she scoffs and says again "man i HATE when they do that s***** I asked her "you hate when people buy gas?" "No, i hate when people tell me after i scanned all the items to add gas. It messes with the system" There were other words exchanged, but pretty sure Yelp wouldn't want me to use certain words on here. Nobody knows how your POS system works, sorry that you have to do some work. Don't sit there and speak poorly about the customers that come into your workplace and start arguing with them because the machine your given doesn't work to your liking. I live right across the street, and loved the convenience. I come in here probably 2-3 times a week. But now I'm going to drive the extra few blocks to the next gas station over until Tionna is removed from here. She is hurting the business and doesn't deserve a job at the gas station. Sad.

They are great for a carwash and vacuum at night. The clerk was super polite and gave me an upgraded carwash for my first visit so this will be my new carwash spot at night. I used to drive down to Silverado since that was the only other place I knew of at night.

Shawn is friendly and hard working. He is an asset to this store and hopefully is promoted soon so he sticks around. My wife and I came into this store 9/3/2020 and Shawn was a breath of fresh air. It's sad but general niceties are not that common so when someone is nice like Shawn it's memorable.

I often frequent the spot on Jones & Windmill, unfortunately on my visit today 4/3/2020 I was the misfortunate customer who had to put up with LEAH, the woman behind the counter being Nasty, extremely Rude and continued with her horrendous Customer Service skills . This woman needs to be outside collecting garbage at their Chevron station! First she said she couldn't see my DOB thru the clear plastic in my wallet after showing her it was clear as day and obvious. She told me I should take my card out! Since when was that made the law of Short Line? I then put my card into the slot and slid the 2 packages towards my way. I entered all my info like I do every time I'm there, using the same card I always use, something wasn't processed correctly and the card declined, she said "Hah" and grabbed back the 2 packs! I refused to go any further with her and used the cashier next to her. He looked at my ID, ONCE and had no problem, then I checked out as usual and don't you know it my card was approved like it usually is. I was treated horrible by this woman, and the manager was not there she happily told me! I am a regular customer, i also know Many of the nice people that work there. If she's still in the store I will turn around & spend my money elsewhere! With all the stress we are all facing I certainly didn't need to be reminded of all the NASTY & RUDE people that are out there!

Rest room always out of order cashier didn't care went there 5 Times same thing rest room out of order can it be fixed ?
