I filled up the car with $10. The injector immediately lit up, the gasoline is bad. I know for sure that this is because I always fill up at Costco. They didn't let me go to the toilet!!!! Very bad people work here. They are rude!!!

I went into use the restroom. I asked the clerk for the restroom code and she hesitated to give it to me and proceeded to ask me if it was an emergency? I was about to go on the floor and I’m looking at CLAUDIA like What??. Mind you this is a public restroom in a GAS STATION with no visible signage stating this restroom was not available for use. If the restroom had limited, use for employees only or was closed for cleaning or any other matter, there should be a sign notating that. I do not appreciate her discriminating against me because of my skin color that I was going to dirty the restroom. That’s was it was. Once coming out of the restroom, I approached the counter and let her know exactly what I’m writing in this review that there is no signage stating it was not available for use by a customer. Her excuse for hesitating to give me the key code was that she’s not able to clean it and it’s been used a lot today, she said a direct quote.?? Wait What?? ma’am that’s what restrooms are for is for use. Why else would you have them? Which again leads me to believe that she just didn’t want me to use her precious clean restroom because of my skin color. Claudia you should not be allowed to service or work with the public. Also, I had a Louis Vuitton bag. I have Gucci glasses and I am not poor nor homeless. So clearly this was nothing but straight RASICM!!! ?? a great look !!! I will also be contacting your corporate offices regarding this matter. :) have a great day!

The big sign read $4.899 for 87 octane gasoline. I started pumping and noticed I was being charged $509.9 per gallon. For my tank, that means I am losing over a gallon of gas I everytime I fill up. There is no reason that the sign is not updated when the price at the pump is changed. This is done intentionally to draw people in and then charge a higher rate.Please pay attention to this. In the many years I have noticed this, I have never been charged less at the pump.In ancient times, (five years ago), this happened when the gas station attendent couldn't climb the ladder fast enough to change the big plastic numbers before the next customer drove onto the property.This is bait and switch and it used to be illegal.I thought I would start using Chevron again since they are open @ 2:00 am. I stopped at $2.99 and went somewhere else.

I go to the car wash and the Valvoline shop regularly and always have a top-tier experience. They each get a star. The gas station is to blame for me docking the other three.Picture yourself finishing an early morning workout on your bike when your tire goes flat. It's still dark, and lo and behold, you see Chevron all lit up like the Strip, with a shiny air pump. You walk up and realize you need quarters to pay for using said pump. "No worries," you think to yourself, "I'll ask that nice lady behind the counter that I can see inside. The door is just a few steps away and is even standing wide open! Couldn't be simpler."So you walk up to the door, step inside, and this lady pretty much immediately starts yelling at you.Formerly Friendly-looking Lady: "What are you doing in here!? We are closed!"Me: "I'm sorry - my tire is flat and I just needed some change to use your machine out there."FFLL: "We close at MIDNIGHT. You can't just walk in here."Me: "The door was standing open."FFLL: "We are receiving a delivery!"Me: "I'm sorry - could I just ask for 2 dollars in change?"FFLL: *angrily making change* "Ya know, we have signs on the front door and on every gas pump that display our hours."Me: "Thanks"I appreciate her giving me the change. She didn't have to do it. She also didn't have to be so rude about it. With people skills like that, it's no wonder she works the night shift.
