I was just using their vacuums over at the car wash because I'm a member and I pay this monthly/yearly price to get free car washes whenever I want and it was a rainy day out and so I didn't need to get a car wash but I had to pick some family members up from the airport and I needed to vacuum out the car and before I could finish the two teenage boys that are working there just completely shut the vacuums off as if I wasn't in the middle of vacuuming out my car. Do I need to get a wash to use their vacuums? I get it was rainy but I was in the rain not them... they were inside but I was vacuuming out my car minding my business and they shut it off. I even have the little thing on my windshield that they scan for the washes. They even have a sign saying open from 7:30 am-7:30 pm... it's 4:12 pm on a Monday afternoon. I just got home and started writing this review and it's completely sunny out now. Thanks terrible's for the terrible service
