DO NOT GO HERE!I have been going to this Chevron for 10+ years for gas and car wash. The carwash was always a plus. Nice people and definitely worth the money. Now they have put in automated one, no assistance. Alright. Whatever. Paid at the pump, put my code in and drove forward till the light told me to stop. Nothing!!! I mean Nothing!!I tried a few things to no avail. Tried to call the Chevron to get help cause now Im worried about messing up my car if I try to back out but it rang once and then clicks off. (Fix your fricken phone). So I drove thru. Yep my only way out was to drive thru a none working car wash I just paid $9 for. What a damn joke!!! My anxiety was on overload. Was glad I got thru. Drove straight to a real car wash cause my car was now worse. Please never wash your car here!!!I will never even get gas here again I am so disappointed. What a shame!

DO.NOT.USE THE CARWASH HERE.My car got caught in carwash here. Used to be a great carwash before Terribles took over. Now awful.Blowing horn, and passengers in back of me went into store to get help. Staff refused to help, saying carwash works. Finally Angie the manager comes out. Useless and clueless. Should be fired.Do not use the carwash here--literally a terrible experience.

Previously the best car wash in town, but they got rid of the hand drying and people that worked here. All automated. In Vegas, without hand drying, your car will have water spots. So stupid. And $7.50 for a pack of gum is just insane. No prices listed on any items except drinks. This Terrible’s previously Chevron has hit rock bottom.

Car wash sucks! There's no one to guide you in and if you don't get in perfectly you hit something almost like a curb!! I paid $13 for a car wash that didn't do a damn thing. Water spots still everywhere on my windows, tires still look dirty! Do not come here for a car wash!!

don't come here for a car wash! it's all self service now, only have options starting at 9.99 and said additional services that no one is there to help u with (no one to guid u in, no one to dry ur car after, no tire shine that i paid for, no polish that i also paid for) my car was still so wet after the wash. both vacuums for inside ur car were broken.

I just paid $16 for a car wash and my vehicle looks worse than it did before. The top roller did not make contact with my car at any point resulting in a mud strip down the middle of my car. The rear of my car essentially was left untouched other than getting it a little wet as all of the dirt was still there. My wheels were an absolute mess.The only saving grace for this entire trip were the empathetic employees in the store. They offered me a free rewash which I declined as nothing would change regardless of how many times I went through. I don't understand why the price remained the same but the service is an empty husk of what it was.
