The cashier wouldn’t let me push my electric scooter in the store and told me I had to leave it outside because “he could get in trouble” when I seen him smoking meth in the back. Never going back here again!!

This location used to have an Oil Change shop a few steps away. We come here for gasoline once in a while. Have used the car wash only a couple of times throughout the years. It is good for what we need most of the time which is filling up the vehicles gas tank. We've never had any issues. It's conveniently located on a corner lot.

I hate chevron,they gouge customers with their techron bs. I had to stop here today because i was running low on gas they are charging 4.99 and i normally go to costco they are charging 4.15.i put in 3 gallons to get me through my errands then filled up at costco. FU chevron,how the hell do they stay in business? Why do people go here? Outrageous!!!

The pump was clearly broken, fuel came out at a trickle, and then the trigger to prevent overfilling didn't fire and we overfilled our tank.Worst gas station experience I've ever had.

We got gas and car wash and we didn’t know and the “new kid” was YELLING AT US TO GO BACK! Ok there is no sign that says stop at window or anything! How can we reverse when the are is curved and people are behind??? It was UNCALLED FOR! The new kid did not need to yell at us and yell with his hands! We were going to purchase the monthly subscription but not anymore! We will go elsewhere were people are nicer!Thank you to the gentleman that did help us and tell us “he’s new he didn’t know”

What’s going on? I always come to this gas station and there is always a nice clerk. But, tonight there was a guy that is incredibly disrespectful and lazy I asked for a receipt and he said to go ahead and grab it so I grab it and the machine falls like honestly do your job! You were hired for a reason and he said something very disgusting when I was walking out the door.

Buyer beware!! Terrible Herbst is an terrible company to deal with. Manager Kyle Roehr was very rude and dismissive to me, a customer who has patronized his establishment for years. So unethical and shady. I usually get individal car washes but I was selling my daughter's car so I agreed to pay one fee for 30 days. I was told I was paying for a one time fee for 30 days of car washes. Noting was said of a reoccuring charge. I asked many questions to make certain I understood. I have been continually charged since December - 5 months. In all that time I never got another car wash. Of course because I had no idea I was being charged. When I called the corporate office, all I received was a run around. Rebecca did not assist me at all. When I talked with Kyle Roehr the manager of this car wash, he basically called me a liar. "My guys are highly trained and tell everyone it is a reoccuring charge" Be very careful. The company has NO regard for customers. I will not be returning.

Just horrible customer service. Especially the night guy. Hours say 24 hrs but yet there doors have been locked since midnight. Don’t understand it.

0 Stars! Took my dad's Nissan Altima there last Monday on the way out of town. The car wash destroyed his car. Multiple scratches and paint chips. They were not there before! Of course the one time I throw away the receipt :(

Last time I was in there to the car wash they stole me blind I had no idea they would take my ball cabs in the very back.Thank goodness for wow car wash since I will never be back to another terrible's again at least they got the name right, and don't leave anything in your car if you're using their car washes
