I was trained at this location for Terrible Herbst to be a Store Manager at a different location. James is a good manager, he’s a good guy. The staff there try their best, but keep in mind they are not paid what they deserve. The DMs love to hound the stores and be on top of everything, which would be fine if there wasn’t so much nepotism and internal drama. They act very clique-ish, in this company. Do not try to work here if you have respect for yourself. The DM for this location is Helen Garcia currently, and she has NO RESPECT for anyone. I have a HR Labor Board Lawsuit currently. Heed my warning, yall. And the gas is overpriced for no reason. Just go to Circle K across the street.

Since chevron changed terrible its really disappointing to me because I guess management don't take time to see the store at Hacienda and Decatur always dirty trash everywhere window water is black all the time car wash is bad vacuums broken all the time air and wash broke but they can keep that $2 water/air.And this morning I address that to the young gentleman and young lady and no response. This will be my last visit because you walk inside smells of bleach and i know i cant breath but look outside wow. Pray things will improve.

Honestly since Terrible's took over back on December 16, 2021 this location has really upped their game. The employees are really friendly and the car wash itself does a much better job then the previous car wash that was here. Terrible's remodeled the interior and added a bigger gambling area. Today I finally tried the new car wash (which is a touchless & is open 24 hours, unlike the old car wash) and honestly it did a great job. I did purchase the bad guys best @ $13 and the finish results were fantastic. They no longer have guys drying off the cars which is fine but they did keep the free vacuums but they were not in operational due to either the hoses were broken or missing the crevice tool to be able to vacuum a car. Hopefully they will addressed it but hey can't complain. Highly recommend this Terrible's...

I usually stay nearby whenever I'm in the Las Vegas area, so I fill up the gas tank here before heading home. I've always paid for my fuel at the pump and have found the pumps to be in working order. It's really convenient to use contact-less payment such as Google Pay especially during the COVID pandemic. The area around the pumps have always been kept clean whenever I stop by.

I always buy 4 pack cigarettes marlboro 72 silver for $ 30.61 and today Tuesday 6/22 at 09.25 i stop buy to buy 4 packs marlboro silver when i check my bank they charge me $ 38.53 I think they charge me for 5 packs and i never ask for receipt because i trust them . Just be careful to buy in this gas station and i suggest alway ask for receipt

I just purchased this milk for my two year old daughter we are on our way out of town and I opened it when we were already on hwy15 and this is what I seen. $2 of spoiled milk didn't have time to go back but just wanted everyone to know dont by milk from here. You will end up with cheese in a bottle. What a waist of time and money

Decided to sign up for the monthly plan thru an app they use called EverWashApp. I purchased the Supreme express and got 50% off first month. The dude working the cashier at the wash informed me of my bumper being loose which I knew already. He told me if something happens to the bumper during the wash they will not be responsible. I told him I knew about it already and thank you for the heads up. 2 guys pre-washed my Honda for 6 minutes before they sent me thru the tunnel which was amazing. They got every bug off my front grill and windshield. At the end of the wash there was another guy that sprayed the body of my car with some type of wax. Then had me pull forward to towel dry & apply tire shine. My car looked amazing after. I wasn't expecting them to dry my wheels and guess what, they the towel guy dried my wheels. I highly recommend pit stop over all the other car washes in town. Wish I had some cash on me so I could had given every one a nice tip. One bonus I love with the monthly car wash plan is the gas discount. I get 20cents off on all grades of fuel including diesel and you can also apply Albertsons/Vons fuel rewards for a even better discount. Today I got gas for 2.94 (premium fuel).

So happy that they opened up a brand new circle k across the street. The employees here are the slowest laziest most inconsoderate zombies ever . At 5 am every morning they shut down completely to count the money at whist change . Fine . I her stores have a system of opening up another register to keep going while they count the money in one register - but whatever . The point is they are completely shut down yet no less than four employees will watch you walk in the store , go make your selection of coffee or candy bar or whatever ...knowing full well they are shut down , and let you walk right past them without them saying a word - only to make it to the register to have them tell you they are shut down while counting money . If it was a two minute wait ? Fine ... but the employees there hardly can count without taking their shoes off . No prob - I've taken my business across the street to friendly quick employees and lower gas prices . Bye
