The lady with long dark hair behind the counter is rude and hateful for no reason at all. She was yelling and screaming and acting like a fool on the phone in front of customers, and wouldn’t let anyone use the bathroom (paying customers). She was swearing and cursing at whoever she was talking to on the phone and she sounded very ignorant. Also, she was very dirty and filthy looking, she looked like a crackhead. Furthermore, the place was filthy dirty, with garbage everywhere and trash overflowing outside. That nasty lady working there is lazy and doesn’t clean anything and is rude to the customers. Never will go there again.

They steal your money.Don't use Apple Pay here.I tried to dispute charges that were made inside.I tapped twice and there was an error on their end. They didn't want to fix it!.I tapped twice for 24.93And then paid cash because they were having technical issues.I spoke to the manager multiple times and everytime it was just excuses.So I paid basically $75 for waters and snacks.Be careful here.Also it was my birthday week so thanks for robbing me of my money Chevron

Highest gas prices (along with literally everything else they sell) in Vegas. Oil change station is a total ripoff too. Trash.

would give 0 stars if i could! was hoping to find out about the future status of the hotel/casino in Jean, NV! But their social media receptionist, Kaylee answered me with an angry and horrible attitude, then blocked me from commenting any further on any of terrible herbst facebook pages! this woman should be fired for venting such unprofessional behavior toward their customers, not to mention their loyal gamblers! As for their hotel/casino in Jean, NV! hopefully The current owners will sell the shuttered property along with the surrounding land and gas station to a future casino/real estate developer that is more customer/gambler friendly
