I paid for a $10 car wash and the system DIDNT do anything to my car. Certainly didn't clean it. Waste of time and money.

Im giving them a 3 star for being STRONG enough to stick it out in a RUFFFFFF location. Thank you guys. The location is definitely Hood but nothing i cant handle.

This Terrible's is well... Terrible. I've been to this and other Terrible's convenience stores especially because I like how they sell water bottles by the case and are open 24 hours. I regularly buy the same case of Alka Nix water for my house. This one clerk does not know how to ring up the case and has twice argued with me. She instead rings up the bottles individually and the total cost is TWICE as much as the case price, that other store clerks have had no issue ringing up. I told her that I regularly buy this case of water at other stores and they scan the top. She said, I hear what you're saying but there's nothing I can do. She's either lazy, or if she doesn't know someone should show her how to ring up a case of water. Either way, its annoying and I'm going to other Terrible's instead.

I don't understand why this gas station is open, I went to put gas in my car and then I wanted to use the bathroom and a racist person told me that the bathroom is out of order 01/30/2023 4:10pm

The car wash sucks at this location. Vacuums don't work, the drive through payment machine doesn't work half the time & now they've increased the price. Bye,

The is one of the filthiest restrooms. Single bathroom and have to use a key. Obviously more management and lazy employees!

Consistently this location has wrong shelf pricing, and the manager will not accept responsibility even though she puts up and takes Down the pricing. They refuse to honor certain types of car wash options, and employees are rude with the exception of two really nice employees but even employees do not stick around long it seems, who can blame them. All in all I must give Terrible Herbst credit, as they are living up to there company name.

I came here for gas and I gotta say $3.69 with carwash is a deal breaker, but I went to the carwash itself and it redeem my code but nothing happens, so I back up out of the place and went inside to get my $12 back as a refund because the carwash doesn't work. Nope turn out that the clerk at the front name Angel say they will give me the code again but go to a different location that is about mile away (Rancho and Bonanza), I went up to the carwash place and put in the code that he give me but the code say it expired, so I backup again and went inside and talk to the clerk at front, then she told me that someone else was doing the same exact thing that Angel told the person the same thing they told me that the code would work, then they can't give the code but I don't blame them because Angel reprint the code that say it would work at the other location but turn out you can't so I'll say this and I'll say it again DO NOT go to this location if you would get Scam for your money and saying oh go to the different location it would work and trying to steal your money that you pay for that can't offer you a refund. Never again I'll be here and I hope the General Manager at this location will read this and get him fired for False advertising to say oh go to this location it would work over there too

Tonight I had a flat tire, so I pulled in to use the air machine only to find d that it is STILL broke after nearly 3 months, so I bought a can of fix a flat, I proceeded to my car and use it, I followed the instructions and the goo I side blew up all over my hand and pants, I took off my tire and walked over 45 min to a working air machine, when I returned with a full tire I went inside to the same yound lady I purchased it from and asked for an exchange, not even a refund, just an exchange, she immediately came at me with an aggressive attitude, I asked if she could call a manager, her response was "don't tell me what to do" and she walked away from me. As I was about to exit the store she made a rude comment and I turned around and balled up my fist a shook it at her, she ripped her mask off and picked up a bottle and threatened to beat me with it.. this woman has no place in retail and should not be placed near customers.
