The savings on gas for carwash is a scam. They charge you for the carwash at the pump. It is a nonsense. There is a carwash at the gas station. People pay for the carwash there. You can not charge carwash when people purchase gas. The screen should ask for receipt number or monthly wash account number. It occurred beginning of July. I called customer service. It is now September. They never refunded me for the carwash charge they added to the gas price.
Stay away from those scammers

These diesel pumps have never worked for us. I've gone here 3 times to get diesel on different occasions, and it doesn't pump. If you are trying to get diesel don't bother.

As I was pulling up to get gas, I noticed right away a young man( Tayvon) was sweeping& cleaning the outside area by himself. After gas, I went to the air station but had a hard time reading the pressure so I went in. There were 2 other workers in there that didn't acknowledge me nor asked if I needed help( they weren't helping other customers& weren't cleaning or putting anything away). Tayvon, w/ the broom& dust pan in his hands, on the other hand, came up& asked if I needed help. He came out to help press on the air machine, spotted me by telling me the reading as I was filling up my 4 tires, and even helped me put the caps back on my tires. I have NEVER received such excellent service like I received from Tayvon at any gas station. The stuff he did might not be the hardest task compared to other other daily tasks, but I am very grateful for his help, patience, and superb customer service.

Large Terrible Herbst Chevron gas station located on the corner of Centennial Center and Azure. Lots of pumps, a car wash and large convenience store with slot machines inside. The car wash here used to be full service but since the pandemic has been exterior washes only. I wouldn't recommend buying car washes here until they bring back full service washes because they haven't adjusted the prices so it's pretty steep for exterior only washes

If I could give zero I would. They take my money, I go through the car wash. I come out of it sit and wait, no one comes out to dry it off to do the tires nothing. I called inside, they told me it's now a do it yourself car wash. Told him my truck is completely dry now it would have to be run through again, and I have no towels on me, so would like a refund. They told me know! Screw terribles. Stick with fabulous Freddys. They know how to wash a car

TERRIBLE!! The name says it all. Paid for gas and purchased a full service car wash at the pump. Did not get full service! Paid an extra $11.00 and only exterior was washed. I was given a paper towel to dry off the car myself! No interior done. Asked for a refund and they refused to telling me I should've read the sign. No signs are posted at the gas pump. I'm going here for years but not going here again.

Bought the $15 car wash before a road trip, went back to get the rain guarantee wash and was told they would not honor it because it did not rain there and there were not enough water spots on the car to prove it rained where I was. I have tried to call this location repeatedly, they do not answer the phone. The guy at the car was area was rude, almost like I was bothering him by pulling up. Why sell someone on a car wash if you are not going to honor your guarantee? Rain around here with the mountains is sporadic and spotty, just because it didn't rain in your parking lot doesn't mean someone didn't get rained on going through the mountains.
