This Branch, like all other branches in the area, does not answer the phone. They never answered the phone in the 13 years that I've been trying to reach somebody there!

Chase bank is easily the worst when it comes to customer service. No 24/7 phone line to help when they automatically flag a legit payment as fraudulent. So you get to sit and wait until they “open” their phone lines that don’t have business hours listed.Easily the WORST bank I’ve ever used. I’ll be closing my account because this is ridiculous.

I deposited a USD check in January from TD Bank and they issued a foreign check collection service and told me it may take 4 weeks to get the $9,000 deposit cashed. now it is more than a month and no sign of the deposit. I know the check as it is my USD account from Canada! and I know they have no problem clearing it. When I call this branch they switch me to their 800 number and either no one answer or the operator just reset it and drop my line !!!!I cashed another check higher amount similar fashion but at Bank o A, it was cleared within a week!!!!Avoid Chase.....no one is working there any more????????????

Great experience here. Got to the branch 2 minutes before they closed with 15 checks to deposit. The teller, Jessica, was great though. She waited patiently while I opened, torn off and took a picture of every check even though it was after they had closed. The rest of the staff was very nice as well. Really appreciate the customer service here.

I was there the other day to handle some banking business as I needed to add someone to my account. I scheduled an appointment online for 430. I arrived and the tellers told me to take a seat and the banker would be with me. The banker comes out and whispers to the teller “do you know what Shawnee needs because Francis wants to open a new account and her appointment is going to go over” the whispers Go Back and forth and soon the baker comes to me asks what I need and I begin to explain. Long story short she said I would have to open a new account, but I wouldn’t be able to do it today. Yet, Francis who was clearly more important was able to open a new one today. Bankers name was Lyndi (not sure about the spelling)

I have to start this review off by saying...I don't like writing 1 star reviews so that's why it's a 2 star review, but once in a while it must be done and, this review has to be done. To start this review off,I am going through something very hard at the moment and this bank location has a great lack of empathy, I can't say I'm surprised...First off this particular location let me down, a certain employee aka personal banker by the name of Christina explained to me over the phone she's was able to help me out with what I thought was a simple task. She went as far as making an appointment with and telling me she can definitely help me. When I arrived to the bank a little before my appointment time, she then told me right away she was unable to help. I then asked" why did you make an appointment with me and have me drive all this way telling me she could definitely assist me,and when I arrived the answer is no"? She told me because that was their protocol. So their protocol is to tell their customers yes,booking an appointment and wasting their time coming to an appointment to tell them no??? I definitely doubt this is the companies protocol. I ended up speaking to a manager and she actually apologized on Christina's behalf,and that is where the second star comes from. Christina didn't apologize or admit to her mistake and she knew she messed up, you could see it in her eyes... I hope this particular bank location trains their employees not to waste their customers time and is better trained on what they can and cannot do before making appointments with their customers, unprofessional and uncalled for. Chase executives decided that the only chase bank for this area needs to be in the senior living community by the golf course. 15 min detour through restricted roads. Watch out for entitled golf carts not yielding or obeying any traffic.
