ATM’s outside are broken- I attempted to pull out $700 from the ATM and only received a receipt stating the ATM is not dispensing cash. My account was charged $700, and despite filing a claim, I have not received credit for the money I did not receive from the ATM.

I was hesistant to go in a Chase branch bank because of the reviews that I read online at multiple locations in my area. However, I decided to take a chance and had the pleasure to meet banker William Figueroa.In less than 24 business hours, William was able to provide all of my business bank accounts needs including following up with another department to ensure resolution on an outstanding matter.William was professional, personable and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking 5 star banking service!

This bank is horrible! My wife passed away recently and I went in with the death certificate. Teller tells her manager Manger says come back at 10 ( in 1 hour) banker not in to do it. I talked to manager she said had to be done by a banker. Drove down the street to another location. Teller is handling it. Ridiculous horrible customer service. Avoid this location if possible.

Wow! I was really surprised to see so many 1 star reviews about this Chase branch. I've been coming here since they opened. I hit the ATM about once every 2 weeks and have never seen an Out of Order or Not Dispensing Cash sign on it. I have been inside to do transactions with a teller at least a dozen times and have always had someone cheerful and friendly help me. I like this branch.

Place sucks. Least helpful staff of any bank I've ever had. Was going to move all my accounts over based on location but just have 1 small account because of the service. No one in offices, no local branch calls answered, and simple things like opening an account or making an appointment can not be done in person

If I could give it a zero star! I would this bank is totally unprofessional calling this bank is like calling a number that no longer in Service the branch manager (Westley) is definitely unprofessional HE CALLS! my phone about a bank situation I got going on with Chase that chase is not helping with, with a freaking attitude he needs to learn better customer service skills or get fired I didn’t tell him to apply for chase if he don’t like his Job then leave! I already contacted Chase corporate about a complaint on him westley and about this branch if you need any help do not come to this location! Trust me they don’t care about your bank situation problems they don’t even try to help no wonder why chase has a consumer rating of 1.83 stars pathetic

Wow the rude tellers here are not nice at all. They just give you attitude instead of trying to help. We were considering getting an account here but not after the treatment we got. Plus you don't get your debit card for 7 to 10 business days. Our current bank makes the debit card right now. What a hassle Chase turned out to be. No thanks.

The ATMs are usually "unable to dispense cash" which makes them and this bank basically useless. Make sure the machines work like they're supposed to.

Come here to submitted the required documents for my business credit card, the banker to my documents said he's going to fax it for me.And now 3 weeks later when I call the Chase lending service , they told me they had never received any documents.I would tell anyone to stay away from this location, they don't care about you.

The 2 atms outside are always either out of service, not dispensing cash, or not taking deposits. Management has clearly done nothing to fix this issue. There is a person who drives a black Ford Mustang that works here and always parks right in the front. Don't you think a manager would tell them to park in the lot right next to it and leave a spot for your customers? Someone here clearly needs some training
