The worst branch I have come across. I usually avoid this branch but was driving this way so I decided to temp fate.Once again here, rude/aggressive tellers who do not practice customer service.

I recently visited this branch to open an account, I was assisted by Alex Gonzales, excellent service in Spanish, very professional, I recommend it 100% for people like me who barely speak English and Chase in general pleases me, thank you very much.

Horrific Bank. Chase bank is a failed bank with unreliable ATMs and enjoys annoying customers. Close your account and move to another bank.

Management was rude, and basically told me they don't have "time" for my business. I was told I could only do 3 transactions per visit and if I did not like that "go else where". No customer service at all!!

If you want to open chase account, you need to schedule appointment through app. Looks like the bank is not interested in new customers any more. Bankers are too busy.

A few weeks ago I went into the branch to inquire about opening a business account. I had a cashier check for 10k . There was a white male employee in the lobby and before going to the counter I asked for some help. It was a Saturday so I my expectations weren’t high but I told the employer I wanted to open a business account. The employee explained that the business banker wasn’t there so I should try another branch. I asked if he could call ahead to another branch to save time so I wasn’t blindly driving around trying to find a chase with a business banker. He acted as if he couldn’t be bothered at which I said to him that I didn’t wanna inconvenience him by asking him to help a customer at which he responded to me as “Bro” and began to posture in an aggressive manner. I was extremely taken back and appalled at his unprofessional. He then began to speak in an aggressive tone and condescending maner and walked off in a huff. I was shocked and went to the counter to request a manager. The supervisor wasn’t a manager but was in charge for the day. She attempted to speak to me through the glass which again shocked me and I requested her to speak to me without the glass at which she stormed around the counter from the back and began yelling at me defending her colleague. As I attempted to speak every time I spoke I was cut off and became flustered. I ended my visit and left the branch and called customer service to complain and was told I would get a follow up call by the next Wednesday at the latest which also didn’t happen. I will never do business with chase again especially because of the prejudice and racism I had to endure that went unchecked as I attempted to do good business.

Worst customer experience ever. Juliana HO is the absolute worse.She will be reported all the way to the president of chase for how she treats people. Unkind, no sympathy when chase steals 70k from your savings account and it was a bother to her to close my old account and open a new one. Has a bad attitude and talks rudely to clients who are chase private clients.

This is definitely a 5 star Chase. Great customer service by Haris. Super fast and friendly. This branch is spotless, I was kindly greeted, and the wait was less than a minute.

Schedule made on 9am in the morning and they told me it’s got canceled when I show up. They said they was trying to reach out to me but they had totally wrong number, and I ask them to reschedule for me. The guy ask my phone number for 3 times and I ask him to repeat it for me he still had the wrong number. I feel like they don’t even know what they were doing when they are working there. Never go this bank again.

I met Liza, she is really nice and helped me with updating my account and even though it took time she has been worked with me with patience. Really a big thumbs up.awesome customer service I received from her.
