This location is in a very busy strip mall, with very limited and a busy parking lot. I would recommend going to a different stand alone branch that has easier access.The new and modern ATM machine gave me back some of the cash I was trying to deposit and said it couldn't process it.? Definitely will be skipping this location in the future.

Everyone at this location is so nice and friendly. Sonya was very patient and understanding and helped us resolve a complicated situation. Definitely the best branch in Vegas, thank you!

Awful service. Went in to set up a business account and got referred to 3 different people. Was told I'd be contacted by somebody that could set up by business account. Didn't hear from anybody for 5 business days. Had to go in 3 different times to finally get some answers only to be told in the middle of an appointment that they actually can't set up my business account. Bunch of rookies and lazy people working there.

The personal banker gave me incorrect information, that actually was against their own policy. I was provided a number and was told to call that department to see if I can reopen a closed account/ open a new one. I called from my car in the parking lot in front of the bank. When I called the number provided, the person I spoke to on the phone was very nice. But, He was confused why, I (the consumer) was calling, as per their policy, the number isn't intended for customers to call, but for bankers to call (internally). The phone banker apologized on behalf of chase and he went on to explained the process and policy. He also said that the banker should know this and shouldn't have provided me with the number, and again, Politely tried explaining that he didn't want to speak bad about an employee, but he said that this shouldn't have happened, and he doesn't know why it did- as it's apparently the bank absolutely should known better. In fact, the person on the phone actually recommended that I should go to a different location, or work with someone else. And I will do just that. While I felt I was m brushed off, In the in branch bakers defense, my guess is I went In about 20 minutes before they were closing on a Friday. I like giving people benefit of the doubt. since I called while I was in my car in front of the branch in the parking lot, while on the phone, i scurried back into the branch To inform the banker while I still had the person on the phone(speakerphone). Unfortunately, the banker didn't seemed surprised, and he just said in a matter of fact tone, he can schedule an appointment to meet with him next week (Tuesday at 2pm). I let him know im that would not work as I'm school teacher so that time wouldn't work. That's was that. As noted, it's difficult for me to make it during their business hours. So I tried going in the next day,m (Saturday) with my mother to see if I can be added on to her existing account. We arrived around after 1:15pm). To my dismay; it was the same (one and only) banker. He just said he had an appointment at 1:30pm, and then he's closed. I can try next week at 2 pm-- which again won't work. I understand, so no issue here. I just went to a different bank right after. And the service there was phenomenal, so maybe this was a blessing in disguise? Don't get me wrong, ive banked with chase for years, and overall m, i do think they are a good bank. I just will not be going back to this branch ever again. And that's it. To be frank, in my PERSONAL OPINION, I felt the in branch personal banker was a bit rude/ lacking in knowledge, or customer service.

I order Euro from this bank , I paid for alreadyI did 2 transactions one for large one for smallBill gest what they give me just big Bill and they say it is not our fault ( it is what it is )Today my experience with this branch was awfulNo wander they have bad star from they customers

Scumbag bank. 12 year good standing customer got credit card canceled without notice. They said it is due to a periodic review of customer accounts and usage. Since I pay off my balance every month, they don’t make money off me. AVOID CHASE!!!

Is this my favorite location? No, but it's close to work. Note that this location is in the middle of a building so there are no drive up lanes. Parking is always a hassle in this plaza, unfortunately. Thankfully there are two ATMs in the entryway. Location is not especially well staffed or organized. If you're walking up to see a teller, you should be fine. But if you need to meet with a banker, there's a cute waiting area with seating (and wifi!) but no sign in sheet and seemingly no system for staff to check in on who has come in or why. Come patient.

Do yourself a favor avoid this branch at all cost, management don’t hold any of their employees accountable when attempting to get anything done. I’ve been with chase 2009, just moved to Las Vegas and the level of professionalism is nonexistent at this branch. Attempted to open a business account and it took over a month for them to get it open. They request paperwork from you and never open their emails. Do they not know that what email tracking is? The communication between employees is horrendous from branch manger to reps and agents. Should’ve trusted the reviews on here and stayed as far away from this branch as possible. No sense of professionalism, if you want to experience horrible customer service make your way to this brand.

Came in last Saturday morning 7/10/21 and was helped by the teller on the far left. I think the name plate said Nan and she was the nicest and sweetest woman ever. She greeted me the second I walked through the door and had such positive energy. She assisted me with a smile on her face the whole time. Her positive energy and customer service really stands out. I have been to this location a couple times previously and the employees at this location are always kind. This is my preferred Chase, keep it up!

Reducing my review after numerous after hours call center staff being the rudest and least accommodating phone personnel ever. They are happy for me to cancel my account so I shall oblige. No after hours ability to increase srm withdraw, management unable to step in, most likely due to other complaints, I could be paying 25 to 75 a month in account fees but cannot get an ATM withdraw increase request to save my life and I'm a high end customer, I feel sorry for those without 250k in deposits. The Chinese banks give a better concession, prove me wrong Chase, money on you don't.
