Don’t come here if you need to use the ATM. After hours ATM does not work. You can’t even access it with your bank card. This caused a long line for the ATM drive through which only dispenses out $20 bills if you’re withdrawing cash. Drive elsewhere.

One ATM open after hours. The pad to use the one in the lobby doesn't work, so you're stuck waiting in line to use the one drive through machine.

Not for nothing it's 2023 your ATM at the drive-through should not have been made in 1990. Making matters worse the vestibule ATM has business hours lol.

How is it possible that 5 out of the 5 chase atms are out of order? I'm convinced all chase atms do not work in Vegas.

They closed the chase by our house on Desert Inn and Durango and this one you can only do drive through which our big truck doesn’t fit through. They need to fix the front door to get in and use the ATM. It’s been 2 years and it never has worked.

I've read so many reviews on so many places, stores, banks, restaurants and others. What sticks out for me is this: when people say that something like Nazism could never happen here in the USA are totally and utterly wrong! I write this after reading many budding Nazis complaining about their fellow customers not wearing the face diaper! Some went so far as to call the police and or the corporation/owner of the business! This mere fact is stupendously horrifying! The display of ignorance, stupidity or just flat out being obtuse is frightening. These Nazis never did any research or they blindly listened to an authority figure, whether they be in government the medical profession or the media. Got news for you: THEY ALL LIED!!! The facts are coming out for all to see and one only needs to go to the true sources for the evidence, NOT aforementioned entities because they LIED and will continue to because they know they have good little Nazis like the above who will follow along no matter what.

Banking with chase in general has been very challenging and this particular branch made it even worse. 2 different tellers during 2 different occasions made a mistake while processing my deposit. The first one was a small amount. However my most recent one somewhat large and the issue took 72 hours to be resolved. proving me with a receipt for a $3000 transaction when I gave her $4000. I demanded for the issue to be fixed immediately. The branch manager had me wait for about 20 mins then came to inform me that they weren't able to fix their mistake immediately and that I had to wait 48-72 hrs. service is extremely slow and they tend to make a lot of mistakes that effect people's financial life
