Drove all the way here on uber to cash out some money at 9pm and the door would not open with 4 different chase cards (debit and credit). Thats a joke. Fix that!!!

Went to get pennys for a student obsessed with change. I gave the teller 5 dollars, she gave me 2.50 in coins then went to the back and eventually returned with coins. Sadly, I did not notice that maybe the lady in front of me was right about the teller, she only gave me another 1.50 in coins and because of my built in nature of trusting banks (mistake) I took the coins and left. When I called later the manager was rude and accusatory, over a dollar of missing pennies. Would not go back again.

It was a very busy day when I walked into this Chase Bank. The staff looked very friendly and focused on helping the customers. Trevon Singleton made my visit worth every minute. All I needed to do was deposit a little bonus check I got from work since they couldn’t direct deposit it and he showed me how I could actually take a picture of it on my phone and avoid the whole line in general!!! All my years in banking and this is my first I’m hearing of this. The young man was very knowledgeable and HANDSOME. He showed me how to navigate Zelle and Bill Pay also. If I ever need to go back to the bank I’ll ask for Trevon!

Worse branch around. Avoid!! Ghetto like and the atm door never seems to work after hours. Cant use the atm after hours! Shame on management at this location

Worst Institution ever, like Sylvia the Banker that was supposed to assist me an opening an Account... Nastiest attitude ever, the Branch Manager came off very racist and just offset. Like they didn't want to help me at all, talking about how I would have to set up an appointment... When I had previously got off the phone with Chase, being told I can just come in... They weren't even busy at all. No one was in there but ME, a Security Officer, one customer and 4 Tellers, a Banker and the Manager. So unprofessional, I felt so discriminated against. Its 2022, like, when is enough enough?

Good branch, never had any problems here. But based on my recent experience I specifically want to thank Eric Gagnard who is a banker at this branch. He helped us tremendously and was super flexible, friendly and caring. Eric is the best.

After 15 years of my loyalty (checking, credit cards, mortgage loan), Chase abruptly closed all my accounts with no notice, explanation or appeals process. I play poker for a living, I live in Las Vegas. So hypocritical to have branches in Las Vegas & yet look down on those who make a legal living in a city that would NOT EXIST if not for casinos & gambling. I will definitely NEVER consider Chase for anything ever again!

I bank here every day for work and they have been understaffed for months!!! Every day is a 20+ minute wait. The managers just stand around watching as the line grows longer and longer. There's literally no excuse for this other than greed. Something needs to change if you want people to continue banking here. The tellers they do have are great but they can only do so much.

Gotta give a 1 to this location for all the times that the ATM lobby has been locked up (wont open for anyone's card) or the ATMs straight up aren't working, can't distribute or accept cash, etc. I have paid so many fees to Chase for their own poor operations...I literally pay Chase for their mistakes at least once a month.
