Recently it became necessary for me to ask for an appointment to see a personal banker. After I explained my situation I was again most pleased to not just have understanding of my issues, but to have Ms. Katya Zuniga, show her great knowledge of banking and her sincere desire to find solutions that allowed me to leave knowing that my issues had all been resolved. I must also acknowledge Ms. Gabby who was tending the lobby, for her own quality and desire to help an old man with his banking. I applaud Chase again for their choice and training of outstanding employees.I have been a loyal Chase customer for several decades and will gladly continue to recommend your institution to my friends and associates to try Chase. I stopped at this branch yesterday to make a deposit of coins. I walked in and was surprised to find no tellers inside. I talked with a guy who was friendly and tried to be helpful offering locations of other branches that could process my deposit but all of the locations were out of the way from this location and where I needed to go. He did tell me about the cool ATM that has a bunch of different denominations and has a high withdrawal limit but doesn't accept coin deposits. What god does that do. I've banked with Chase since they bought WaMu. But now they're starting to make some choices that aren't customer friendly. I loved banking with them but it may be time to find a new bank.

Ladies and gentlemen I'm in shock That's my bank I went over there 3 days ago to open a debit card so I'm gonna be able to put gas I went inside and asked to speak to somebody and guess what they told me that I need to make an appointment You guys believe it Going to bank in the middle of the day and there is no service The guy trying to tell me That this is the new fist and and basically is a liar they just don't have people If you go to Chase put attention there is no workers almost Then I spoke to the manager and he confirm that the management cutting hours

They dont allow walk-ins and only have one banker. Also none of the banks would answer the phone for me. I had to beg one of the tellers to call another branch to make an appointment. Horrible

When setting up my business account, I had a fantastic experience with Erica. She was very helpful and performed her duties with a smile. I pass 2 other branches just so I can continue to see Erica. She was empathetic to my issues starting a business and made me feel better by handling everything I needed for the Contractor's Board. During my last visit, she was accosted by an unhappy customer. I was next in line. Erica remained calm and we had another pleasant visit.

I deposited 2 cash deposits, 1 for $600 and 1 for $840 less than 2 hrs ago. I went into the bank due to my money not being credited to my account. the persons in the bank could not assist and they put me in contact with the claims dept. it will take 90 days to resolve. my circumstance is a bit different as I am suffering from organ failure and have no medical insurance, I will not be alive for 90 days. I need this to cover my last rent, which is for January. I also need this to make sure my 3 special needs pets are taken care of which I will need in the next 10 days. they say there is nothing they can do. my question has not been answered and is this, "why was the $1,740.00 I just deposited in your ATM not credited to my account?" at this time I would advise anyone who asks, not to deposit any cash into a chase bank ATM.

I went into the bank to open an account..to give Chase Bank money. There were 2 tellers and a manager roaming behind the windows with NO customers in the lobby. Nobody could ooen an account. The next available APPOINTMENT was for next week...wait what... you now have to schedule a time to give Chase money?

I just want to let chase users know about a problem I had recently.i like this branch.they are always polite and helpful but if you report your card lost and they send you another one, that card will come activated before you get it.so mine probably got put in a wrong mailbox and somebody used my card and charged stuff Only once they got away with it.after that it got denied but still not professional. Cards are supposed to be activated after we get it,on our home phone.i never knew chase activates it before you get it.kind of d*** on there part and makes the customer upset and a problem.it could be one of my neighbors.

Friendly tellers and friendly bankers – all very nice people. I always have had great experiences here. When my charges bounced, and there were debited charges to me, they re-credited me the money because it was the first time it happened. They are always pretty fast. The only thing that's not so great is that when you withdraw cash from them they announce the amount they are giving you, so loudly, that the entire bank office can hear it. We had to tell them to not speak the amount.
