The worst attention I have received in my life, very poor quality of attention, they gave me an appointment for today at 9:00 and when I arrived there was only one banker and he did not want to attend to me and he was doing absolutely nothing, they are lack of I respect. Having staff available and I, with my confirmed appointment, was not attended to. I will never return to this bank again, poor customer service, first time I come and they treat me so badly.

Chase closes too early. Must of your customers work 9-5. You don't leave enough time in the evening for people to get off of work and conduct business. I have to wait until the weekend to try to conduct my business, and then you're only open until early afternoon. Smh! These are absurd business practices.

Went to take off less then 10 thousand dollars and was told they didn't have it. Like how you dont have it and your a bank? And it was over 8 people in the bank and if each person asked for a thousand dollars your gonna tell them you don't have that much? Like discrimination at its finest.

Everyone at this bank is ignorant and rude horrible people in a horrible branch in a horrible bank. I take my father to his bank this morning. He wants to add me to his account. The security guard is the only one available for questions. My father asks him who to talk to regarding this type of transaction. He tells him to go to the teller. My father is not steady on his feet and stumbles a bit at the front of the line. He was not going anywhere.
The security comes rushing telling us we have to wait they are busy.
My father simply lost his balance and did not take a step towards the tellers.
It is so hard to describe his overly aggressive actions. I held back my words but I really wanted to tell him off. My father almost fell and you were too worried that he may go to the window to early to notice.
Even when he tried to clean it up he sounded like a jerk.
There was no reason for this guard to act the way he did. He sat staring at us the whole time.
I felt like saying we are not here to rob the place.

NEVER ANSWER PHONES!!! I don't live in the area. I have a safely deposit box. Needed to know the procedure to close box.. terrible customer service!

There was a rude old Asian lady with Korean name when I brought someone I knew from Mexico to help her open an account. She doesn’t look nothing like Korean but beware if you have her as a banker she prolly hates her job and lashes out on customers.

I've Been using credit unions for 30 years. Needing an institution with national locations, I opened an account with Chase. What a mistake! After 6 or 7 attempts, I am still unable to link my credit union account for external transfers. The help line doesn't recognize my account number. The local branch staff is courteous and apologetic, but ineffectual.

The teller at the far right was helpful and patient to assist me with a concern about my deposit. All is well, and I walked away with a positive feeling.
