Never get any help no one ever picks up the phone and I have to listen to 5minutes of automated talking before it tells me no one is available then hangs up. So my husband walks in though and gets helped by NUMOROUS workers IMMEDIATELY. talk about gender bias. No one ever answers any of their phones then if you get someone and you sound even a tiny bit upset for calling so many times and finding a number that works they hangup on you. This is not America anymore land of the free this is my feelings are threatened so I'm hanging up world. Who do we have working the banks? Anyone? Because I certainly took more as a banker and got paid less than these people now saying they can't help me then why are you there????.

I've been a Chase customer for a few years now. I can't remember the last time I was treated so poorly, in fact I don't think I've EVER had such an unprofessional and disrespectful group of "professionals" as long as ive been on this planet Earth (63yrs) .. Thank you Vincent for your service to help my mom open an account. It might have been a normal act of service but it can be nerve wrecking doing paperwork. It’s 4 stars because the area is quite sketchy.

I made the mistake of mentioning a claim when I was talking to a man who insisted on closing my card I had called for a different reason in spite of my insisting I could not close it I haven't paid my bills yet he got me so angry I told him I hated chase & hung up on him I forgot my balance so I called back to find out that my card has been closed and locked my only option was to go to the bank and see a banker two phone calls later I was given a number of where my card could be opened the conversation with that evil man was recorded it can be researched and proven this evil man was acting like a vindictive 9 year old he really showed me ? I'm in shock that a bank would hire such evilness especially with a recorded line ? they must not listen to them if they did the man wouldn't have been so nasty

went in to get cashier's check... didn't get charged fee... told them they issued the wrong amount... tall guy with dyed blond hair said, "I gave her the correct amount!"... took my card and id and had me sign the wrongly-issued check...this is where it got shady... guy came back with correct check without printed bank balance, grabbed old printed statement and crumpled it and threw it away...I asked if he charged me fee .. he said not for the corrected check...did he really think that I didn't see the previous statement with the bank balance where he didn't charge for the first check????!!? In other words, he LIED and thought if he grabbed the old printout that I wouldn't know that he actually charged for the second check that he had to correct!! Also, teach your employees that saying you're sorry doesn't cost anything, in fact it will go a long way towards good customer comments. He never apologized for the error, only blamed someone else..

Went into Branch to speak to the manager (Karen Shan) about an issue with a hold on a check I deposited over the weekend. The bank agent collected all my info and went to Karen. Karen advised the agent that they could do nothing about it. I explained the issue and I've deposited way larger checks before and never had to wait 10days. The check was from a reputable title company. The whole time Karen sat in her office scrolling through her cell phone. She wasn't with a client and she wasn't on her compute. As much business as I've done with them including my business account you would think she would have had the decency to speak with me!!!! Chase needs a new Branch Manager ASAP!!!!! I should have took a pic of her on her phone to attach. Now I'm calling corporate.

I requested a money order for 1496. Money orders go up to 1000. Vanessa hands me a cashier check. I'm like what is this? She says it's a cashier check. I said I requested a money order. She says money orders only go up to 1000. I say I know that so there should be 2 money orders. She questioned why I didn't want the cashier check. The answer is because I requested a money order. That's how I pay my rent. It's not up to you.
