Bank Teller did not want to cash my check due to me not having funds that matched the check amount but I've done it at previous locations before without any issues with less amount in my bank account.. when asked for supervisor she replied he wasn't in... Been banking with chase for over 4 years now.. Unacceptable service!

The only banker for accounts was busy chatting to security and was looking forward. Didn’t greet us or ask us if we needed help while we were looking right at them. When I finally interrupted him he talked to me very condescendingly when we got to his cubicle. I’m not stupid. I can read. I have comprehension skills. Something he thinks I lack and made no secret about. I explained to him my confusion because a previous branch told me different information. Of course if I get conflicting information I’m going to be confused. That doesn’t make me an idiot.

Scheduled an appointment with Peter to open account. When into the branch to confirm the appointment. Not once was I told that Peter would be off on 02/02/2024 got a call from Ty from a different branch saying Peter was off and she is not sure why the system scheduled me on his off day and asked me to come to her location less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. I advised her I would not make it in time she state ok just come in tomorrow but call before you come in. I called no answer kept call she finally answered and said sorry she is completely booked up for the day. I told her this is really an inconvenience to me and Peter needs to accommodate me due to being scheduled in his off day. Ty stated she will send him an email and Peter will contacted me Monday. I have yet to receive a phone email or anything. This is very unprofessional and beyond ridiculous. I’ll just take my business elsewhere. I won’t be opening abt accounts with chase at all. The customer service of these two locations are ridiculous and they don’t know how to handle business. Nor do they know how to communicate.

After talking with the cashier for 30 minutes, she told me the next appointment is 2 weeks later. Waste of time.

They lied to me to my face! This bank took $15,000.00 from me and refused to contact the team internally to release the funds. They told me the department was closed that handled holds of transactions. The department is open 8:00am till 10:00pm 7 days a week. They just said they are to busy to service me. They refused to allow me to speak to a manager or a banker. This bank is horrible I have a much better experience at every other location but this one. DO NOT USE THIS BANK.!

Damn! Came in to open an account.l, because I hardly a family emergency and need an account to handle funds for a family trust, so thst it's kept separate from my own account. Last minute emergency. Now, I realize it's Friday at 430pm and they close at 5pm. But the short older Asian American woman in t-shirt and jeans keeps coming out from behind the window to yell at people and act as door monitor. She yelled at her own security officer because a teen asked him to let his mom in the door to join them. He did let his mom in and this door commando yelled at him in front of all of us standing in line and she told him. "Don't you do that again!" All of us in line just looked at each other uncomfortably. Then a little old lady was having difficulties at the cashier window and door nazi came out and yelled at her that they would help her, but she has to help everyone in line first and then she'll come back to her problems, and aggressively told the woman to sit down and wait for them to help everyone else first. Not sure why she'd have to get out of line and wait until the end...after the 4th time she got yelled at, the little old lady just left. I dont blame her, customers in line were vocally upset by this woman's treatment.My turn at the window! They didn't have a "banker" on right now and I'd have to come back another day to open an account. Fine with me. From what I've just witnessed, I'd prefer my money was with another bank.

Very bad attention, they don't know how to attend
