last week I drove my parents to the N. Town Center office. As my parents are in their 80s, I am of course protective. I was to say the least, amazed at the attention and help they received from Tori Obermiller. She was extremely professional and asked enough questions to understand the changes they really wanted to make to their accounts. She went above and beyond in my opinion and demonstrated what real customer service should be like. I am very impressed with Charles Schwab and very grateful to Tori for treating my parents in the manner she did. Thank You

Customer service is farmed out to national representatives. Each contact that I have made has to be filled in about what I am trying to do, what has been done, and what I have been told. Some representatives know what they are doing, but have no power to make a managerial decision. The managers don’t answer phone calls so only the supervisors speak to me and say that they will try to rush things along, but nothing has helped. Waiting almost 2 weeks for a simple funds transfer check. Schwab your customer service system is flawed.

Truly disappointed in the way fixed income group " under perform. Not a reliable service team, no one answers the phone and no one calls back after leaving call back follow up. Something happened with this department. Not reliable.

Due to COVID restrictions/precautions I attempted to make an appointment online. I filled out the information and it stated someone would call or email me within 2 days. Two days passed and I didn't hear from anyone. I called the business on two separate occasions and got transferred to the general answering service who assured me someone from the branch would call me same day. Did not receive a call. I don't know if they're too busy or lazy but their lack of customer service is a turn off when I am trying to open an account and get financial planning advice.
