I had a wonderful experience with Iris at Chanel. She was very knowledgeable about the products and extremely welcoming while she indulged me to try on different handbags and was so patient as I made my decision. Highly recommend asking for Iris to assist you on your trip to Chanel. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Las Vegas. Thank you, Iris!!!

The worst experience ever at a luxury brand storeThe staff must be taught some basic etiquettes about how to deal with customers.They disrespected me right at the entry, where a rope was tied at the door and just to let me in, the person had to make me wait, ask permission from his colleagues .Despite of not having any visitors inside the store, this behaviour was totally undesirable and unacceptable.Never expected this from a brand like channel .

Disappointing shopping experience, the associate we had was so rude, couldn’t even offer suggestions for an alternate black bag, basically said everything I was looking for was past season when every item is being shown online. We noticed the shoppers in front of us leaving quickly and also looking dissatisfied with her arrogant service. Very disinterested in making a sale. The store should invest in training their associates with better customer service. Don’t they work on commission?

This location had the friendliest associates and inviting atmosphere. Ada was excellent and I wish we visited the store again before we left. She was super patient and accomodating. Everything about the store is better than the Bellagio location and thr location back home.

i entered store around 4:45 try to find sales find a size for pair of shoe i,but over 10mins there are noone i can find or any sale talk to me need any help there are not having so many customer there the sales person even more than customers at that time but all the sales look busy the going to back somewhere and looks superbusy only one security stand there can't find anyone to help me purchase anything!they don't care about selling anything to you feel so angry if don't want to business just don't open the door!from i walk in there are noone saying or follow me to let me know who can help me!And even im trying to one I can't and before i came in i even wait 5mins outside !It must be some sale can help so the security can let me in!Just don't understand why no service no attitude !!!
