I hardly used the bag and threw it away.It was quite a while ago, but when I asked someone to wrap it, the person named R-ko gave me a very unpleasant look.She wrapped it for me, but when I opened it after I got home, the box was crushed. It was put in! !
This is the first time I've met someone with such a bad personality! !
My trip to Vegas became my worst memory! !
Every time I see CHANEL, I think of it! !

I have been a fan of Chanel since I was young and when I was able to afford it, I had been buying purses and shoes from LA and SD. With the impact of social media in luxury products, it's been harder and harder to get the stuffs I needed due to supply and demand and I noticed most of the SAs are focused on different clientele aka selling thru IG and getting extra fee for their service. Though I continue to purchase in the past years, I am not that satisfied with the SAs that helped me which gives fake promises and was just being helpful cuz you are in front of them.
After visiting Bellagio last April and being helped by Kathleen and Connie, I enjoyed shopping at Chanel again and have been happier with my Chanel experience. Kathleen gives the best makeup advice and does great in her job. I call her the face of Chanel as you can't missed her in the beauty section with her very classy style and some gorgeous pearls. She works with Connie who is another exceptional SA who does help her clients as much as she can and goes above and beyond to deliver a memorable Chanel experience. After searching for a boutique that will satisfy my CC cravings, I now feel assured that I have these go to people whenever I'm in town or who are just a text away if I've been itching for another purse or shoes . Thank you so much Kathleen and Connie!
I highly recommend these two Chanel ladies in Bellagio!

Lori has redeemed my faith in Chanel customer service. I just had a horrible experience at the Chanel Wynn and had just accompanied my friend to the Bellagio boutique but wasn’t expecting anything. In fact I was guarded against indifferent and arrogant service again. But as Lori was helping my friend - her professionalism with a smile slowly changed my viewpoint. She was knowledgeable, patient, and most important willing to find the perfect something for each of us. She convinced me to the point that I bought my first Chanel bag ! Im glad it’s with Lori and will be looking for her again on my next trip.

Great shop! Abel immediately greeted us upon entry, acknowledged my birthday pin I was wearing, engaged my young daughter, provided us water, and made the shopping experience wonderful for all in our party! Thanks for all the special treatment we received!

Really friendly people, more so than the Wynn location. There was one SA who was sort of weird and snatched a bag out of my hand to show to her client but the SA I worked with was awesome.

The Chinese sales person at this store is very rude and unprofessional, seems she did not want to do business with customer just walk in and she wanted you to contact your previous sales person.She even did not want to help you find the bag and not willing to share contact information. I never ever had such rude and wrost customer service at Chanel store. Recommend the Chanel store in crystal mall than the one in Bellagio，much better service.

Horrible customer service. The Filipino sales associate that was assigned to me kept talking to her co-worker in Tagalog and ignored me the entire time. It was like she was not interested to making a sale. As a fellow Kababayan, she made me feel unwelcome. This was the worst customer service I had received in a luxury store. As Chanel fan, please do yourself a favor and go to the Wynn instead. They provide way better customer service there.

Worst customer service experience ever. The male SAs discriminate people. Bless your heart! I work in healthcare, I wish I could say to people like you are not worthy of my time and services. No assistance and greeting was offered at the store except the doorman? When I was checking out the bags, three ladies wearing Chanel bags immediately got offered for help. Later, a male SA had the guts to tell me: excuse me, you can’t be here; you can be there. Pointing behind the display table. Wow. Thank you for the exceptional customer service.

Christina was a delight. She was patient with me while I browsed through sunglasses and scarfs. I know most people go in looking for bags and while they do have lots of lovely bags, I already have bags. This time I wanted something different. Christina was wonderful and showed me all the scarfs they had in stock some of which weren’t on display.
