Waited in line and the man at the door was kind but the sell person who assisted us was not, it was like we were there begging her for her assistance, most of our time in the store she was on her phone and didn’t give us the attention. Ended up with 2 bags at bellagio location.

Do not go to this location ! This location provides poor customer service. They will overcharge you for everything. I went in one day and didn’t realize I’ve overpaid for a item and a gentleman stole a extra 100 bucks from me by miscounting my money. I tried to return and explain what happened and the manager of the store refused to refund me and get my money back. Go to another location avoid this location!!!

I've never had anything but a great experience every time I've gone. I love Khai!! Top notch customer service every time. Love this particular boutique -- and it's got a great spot in the Wynn.

Came in looking for a gift for my mother and even though I ended up with nothing after browsing through the store, I just want to give 5 stars for Khai and Jao. They were so accommodating and showing me pieces my mother might like. They truly are a breath of fresh air and was so delightful to work with.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. The employees were literally so rude to me on my birthday ?? I stopped in there today to get a little cardigan or bag for my birthday. I literally only ended up getting a lip liner instead. The Champagne guy literally told me I was being “aggressive” when I grabbed a champagne glass…. I guess I grabbed it weird ??? then he proceeded to see my friends, and literally PUT AWAY the champagne. I know retail employees are taught in high end stores to be rude to customers so that they buy more but that was a bit much. The makeup lady was really nice tho! Prada or Gucci has way better vibes

I came into Chanel wanting to purchase some cosmetics for my mother and I had the most undesirable pleasure of having to meet the most ignorant, selfish rude, uneducated, uninformed, pathetic waste of oxygen that exists (unfortunately) I believe she is the cosmetics counter manager an older Asian lady named Sammy I believe she was called? I went in asking for some assistance in trying to find a product that I had seen on the website, when approaching her she saw me and immediately turned away and tried to walk off in which of course I responded with "excuse me ma"am I may I have your assistance please" which got her attention again (unfortunately) because when she turned around she had the most resting bitch face look on her face it almost looked like she was trying to pass a bowel movement but was half constipated, she looked absolutely miserable and completely uninterested... and when asking her about the product and seeing if they have it in stock and that location she simply replied with, "you have your phone out don't you?, you can check yourself to see what we have and don't have in stock." When I tell you my jaw dropped to the floor, I was so appalled by her reply I didn't even have it in me to say anything, and trust me I usually do but in this case it was so uncalled for I just turned around and left, took my business to Bellagio where they were very kind and courteous. A message to Sammy, you really need to reevaluate yourself and change your career because not only are you miserable you make others around you miserable. It's very unfortunate that a creature as appalling and horrifying as her is a "MANAGER." Chanel you really need to start looking into ppl like her because she's losing you good business.

I visited Chanel at the Wynn twice during a weekend girls trip and had the pleasure of working with Toni and Monica "Momo" on two separate occasions! Toni recommended the perfect blush for me in pink explosion and even balanced out my makeup for me! Monica was so attentive and patient, showing me a variety of silk bandeaus until I found the perfect one! She wrapped it up so beautifully too! Definitely ask for either one of these wonderful advisors if you stop by!

Christopher L is my go to SA for Chanel! Although he is at the Wynn boutique, he locates anything I'm looking for when I'm not in town and ships it to me. Hands down the most down to earth and friendly person in all my experiences across many Chanel locations. Ask for him and you'll absolutely love his amazing service!!

I purchased a bag during my trip to Vegas. I loved it, but when I returned home to Cincinnati, I found a permanent leather defective on the inside flap. 2 days after my purchase, I reached out directly to the lady who helped me purchasing the bag because I cannot access the Chanel & Moi for a replacement (she previously provided.) She replied that she was out of office. I have been waiting for over two weeks, I sent follow up messages emailed the company… never got a single response! Did all i could, I gave up!!! Not recommend this store. Poor communication! Always double check your piece and watch them pack it before walking out the store!

I wanted to order a makeup product and pay for any shipping costs, however because I had not purchased from the boutique before they refused to take my order and ship to me. Unheard of horrible service!! It is a difficult product to find as Chanel has discontinued producing the item at this time in this country and it is also not on their site! Worst customer service ever and I was told if I had purchased there before they would ship to me! What is that???
