Fantastic shoe store for those with hard to fit feet. After walking lots on vacation I was in dire need of some foot relief, this place was perfect. Staff was knowledgeable and took time to fit and help find shoes. I am very happy highly reccomend!

The people here are very helpful and know what they are doing. Cathy is an excellent sales person that knows her job hands down. The owner (Cesar) made me a new pair of custom shoes with orthopedic inserts, when I found out my right leg is shorter than my left one. Since then, Cathy and Cesar have been helping me with the necessary adjustments. I think we are getting close and the shoes seem to be helping. Now all I have to do is finish breaking them in and it should be good. Thanks you guys. Job well done.

They know what they are doing. Kathy will measure your feet. She will bring you all kinds of shoes in the style you like. She will try them on you and have you walk around. She will ask lots of questions. She will watch you walk. She can tell if the shoe is working for you in how you walk. She will try on as many shoes as you need to get the right pair. She did so good for my husband that I asked about shoes for me. I've had my knee replaced and fell a few years ago. We tried a few pairs of shoes. One pair while I was walking, felt so good to walk in. I hadn't even realized I was walking a bit off, till I got the right show. Normally I don't wear shoes around the house. Now when I get dressed, my shoes go on and and stay on until I go to bed. That's how good the shoes re!

It was so much fun to go to a shoe place that was like when I was a child. The staff really works hard getting shoes to fit you. They measure your feet and are very knowledgeable. Cathy was the best and made sure I had the right shoes. If you want a good fit just try going to see them. So very happy. ?

Our experience was fantastic! I am thankful to have found true customer service. I've had trouble finding shoes my entire life. My foot is very wide and long. At Cesar's, I bought three pair of shoes. Thank you, Cathy for your exceptional care and service!

Buyer Beware!!!!! This place will nickel & dime you! Just for them to size your feet & get shoes that are your size in their inventory, they will charge you $40. They will waive that charge if you buy the shoes from them. That's a pretty shady sales practice! I've never seen any retail shoe store do this sales practice. They must be desperate for business competing against the online giants like Zappos & Amazon. I'm taking my business elsewhere like Zappos or Amazon & not deal with this Shady Business! Like I said, Buyer Beware, Shady, Shady, Shady!!!!!

Payed 179.for shoes that were. way over priced. They were worn in the home for 5 min. Didn't fit , so I tried to exchange but was refused.

Although Cesar's son Jesse tries to place the blame elsewhere, I have a file 1/2" thick showing how long we tried to get Jesse to correct his blatant miscalculation of prosthetic shoes for my aging sister. The file includes the visits, photos of his attempts to widen the shoes instead of lengthening them (he gave her size 8 when we fit her for 8.5), added velcro, and a physical therapist's analysis. Jesse absolutely refused to correct his mistake and give her the correct size. After 6 mos of trying, we turned to VISA to get our $600 back, but we were too late by 3 mos. for more negative reviews, see Google reviews.

I was having a lot of pain in my feet and it was effecting my back. My friend told me about this place. Said she's been going here for years. I will tell all of you it's the best thing I could have done NOT EVEN MY DR. could make me feel as good as they have. Go see for yourself. You will be glad you did.

The son Jesse made prosthetic shoes for my sister but he made them a half size smaller than ordered and after 6 mos of trying to adjust them, never compensated our $600.

Being disabled Caesar the owner said he can custom make any shoe for anyone he sold me a $60 pair of new balance sneakers I waited 3 weeks went back and they were so botched up I couldn’t walk in them he wouldn’t give my money back and threw me out of store and held shoes till police came to release them to me now I’m stuck with a $460 pair of shoes I can never wear

I am highly disappointed of this cobbler, I came in with one of my favorite Square toe harness boots and requested to have the heel caps replace. He quoted me $10 and asked me to leave them, I thought it was slightly under price but did not question it. Then I was surprised when I picked them up and see the results of the so-called cap replacement. The front counter attendant said if you want the caps replace complete that's $110 just for the heels. They might have good shoes but I will totally avoid this cobbler.
