Horrible, horrible, horrible. The price they quote is never what you’re billed. Customer service? It doesn’t exist with this company. You get transferred, transferred, transferred again because no one can help. DO NOT sign up with these people! Not only is the billing screwed up, the service is lousy! SLOWWWWW speed and connectivity, outages, disruption during internet activities and TV, WiFi is non existent with this company! And they overcharge, again and again. Stay away from this company!

We were unable to get onto the internet on a Sunday so we called century link & our call was immediately answered by the representative, Milan. We had to reset the modem. Milan stayed on the call with us & walked us through all the steps to ensure everything was working. Milan was excellent, patient, friendly, courteous; very professional. Am so happy that he was able to help.

Wow, what a great store. I came in thinking I needed a new Centurylink modem. Milan took the time to test my modem (7yrs old and still running well), let me know that my modem was fine, the problem was probably related to the line which Centurylink would have to fix. Although he offers varies communications services (phone, internet, TV) he was honest and did not try to sell me something I didn’t need. He left such an impression that this review was warranted. For my future phone, internet or TV services, I will definitely go here. Don’t waste your time and hours at the stores or on the phone. Let this little gem of a spot give you 1 on 1 professional, honest service.

Don't pay attention to the negative reviews. They do not reflect this place directly. It is from people that are mad at something else unrelated or are not tech savvy. This particular location deserves a 10 star review. The owner , Milan , has the highest IQ I have ever had the chance of dealing with. Pure genius. Very kind and knowledgeable. Coming here and dealing with Milan was like winning the lottery. Best transaction of my life . Highly highly recommend. He is so good I wanted to keep it secret but that wouldn't be fair. I want him to do well lol

If you have cancel your service, I suggest you wait to pay your final bill, especially if you disconnect service midstream through a billing cycle. I disconnected service, tried to get an estimate as to what my final bill was going to be so I would not have to over pay.Nobody could tell me. I was told if I did not pay by due date, I would get late fees. I did not want to over pay, ended up over paying, to avoid late fees and request a refund.When I call to check status of refund, I have been told different turn around times. 30 days. 30 to 45 business days. 30 to 60 days, then again 30 to 45 days. They have to send me a check for my over payment then they tried to tell me they can refund my full payment, then pay the balance. WOW!!!I asked to speak to a manager about this, they put me on hold and give a person they say is the manager- who sounded exactly like the person I just spoke to.Today's technology, I paid electronically mid-July, my payment cleared in 3 days!. I returned my equipment mid-July and they now need to send me a check...I guess at this point whenever they feel like it.Worst service I ever had. Even if I did get angry with the different agents....they need better service. 10 minutes to get through the automated phone process. Put a representative in the phone.
