My item sat for 3 weeks in Vegas and then finally delivered damaged! I tried calling no one would answer or call back. Emailed customer service requesting a call they replied “we will forward your information”. They never called to set up delivery. My husband is a truck driver for a large company that puts this company to shame. I tried to help the driver to find our house because the planners did not help in any way. This company is horrible all around. I would love for the CEO to see this but that won’t happen.

Central Transport was not able to get this delivered to us within the timeframe that I was given when I was able to finally get through to them yesterday. I checked the PRO number today and it was not on a truck for delivery. The CS email informed me they wouldn't be attempting delivery until this coming Monday. No apologies for their ineptitude; no emotion at all, in fact. I can't wait for this headache to be done and to not have to deal with this company again.

I called multiple times and spoke to multiple people to verify i would not be charged storage fees for a particular situation. After pick up they charged me over 300$ in storage fees and every level of management refused to drop the fees.

Nice people - great to work with. Had a bit of an issue delivering to my transport terminal of choice due to Covid19. This was handled professionally and curteously. Forklift service was especially nice for my item.
