This dealership’s service appointments are a mess, and integrity can be an issue. Use them if you feel like spending money on rental cars after you’ve waited for your scheduled appointment, and the manager on duty informs you that their appointments operation is just a call center. A shame, they were better once, and they sell some good vehicles.

I won’t leave a long review because working with this place has drained all my energy already but as a warning if you’re looking for great customer service and an auto sales company that cares and won’t make you feel like you’ve been taken advantage of GO ELSEWHERE! There are plenty of other dealerships in the area. I surely wish I would have gone elsewhere but I’m stuck with the vehicle I purchased here. Just know they will say one thing and claim it was never stated and gaslight you. You’ve been warned.

I was anxious to move into an electric vehicle and thought I’d found the right one. Unfortunately, a coolant light came on as I left the lot. I brought it back and was advised that it had to go in for repairs. Four weeks went by and the other dealer who serviced the brand that I bought couldn’t find the problem.
Cenntenial Hyundai said this was unacceptable and let me choose another car. To do this on a used car is unusual, but they made me whole and I appreciate it.
Thanks to Gilbert and John, kept me informed through the process.
Restores faith in dealerships.
