DO NOT BUY ANYTHING IN THIS STORE SO THEY DO NOT STEAL FROM YOU LIKE THEY ROLE FROM ME.. THEY SELL CELL IN BAD CONDITION THEY ARE THIEVES..
My wife and I took out two lines of Motorola cell phones and before a month we return because they are having problems with the screen and they tell us that they still have them. Guarantee and that they will give me other new cell phones
A week later, that is, on Wednesday, June 22, this store called me and informed me that the new cell phones had arrived and that I had a week to pick them up from the store. Since my wife and I work from Monday to Friday, we decided to pick them up. phones today Saturday and when we got to the store they informed us that the owner of the store returned the phones to MOTOROLA why didn't we pick it up... For me the OWNER OF THE STORE STOLEN THE CELLS AND NOW MY WIFE AND I WE ARE STAYED WITH SOME CELLS THAT ARE NO USE.. THIS STORE IS GIVING A BAD PROMOTION TO METRO by TMobile.. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING IN THIS STORE SO THEY DO NOT STEAL FROM YOU LIKE ME

Waited in line for 30min to pay my bill I had to leave because I was going to be late for work hire someone that know how to do the job she kept calling customer service and other stores about a phone she clearly doesn't know anything about smh

I came in asking for help with an e-mail issue that I could not fix on my cell phone. I had e-mail working. But My cell phone was not able to work right. The STAFF there helped me in a step by step PROCESS TO FIX IT, so that I would FULLY understand. That was really very nice. IT MADE MY DAY! THANKS AGAIN!

Horrible customer service from this one guy, Today i walked in to this store at sahara/nellis , talked to Ruben and told him i was leaving cricket after 6 months and stated my iphones SE i was bringing where carrier unlocked. i had already done my home work before walking in ,called cricket to verify they where and also checked on Metros website using IME numbers. Ruben told me i would have to purchase new phones cause i could not do bring your own device neither could i take metros devices elsewhere. i walked away to prevent a conflict, drove 4 minutes away to Metro store located at 4915 E. Charleston Blvd , asked same question and they very professionally took care of me. old cricket cells where activated, added 2 more total of 4 lines. the level of service between stores was day/night. if they tell you at any metro store you have to buy a new device check twice. i would have to spend $200 + for new devices , ask questions and dont throw away your hard earned money.
