My family was planning to inquire about mortgage today. The parkings with Cathay bank sign were occupied, so we parked at the side which is close to the massage place. Their staff came out immediately, told us we can’t park there, and claimed that all the parkings there showing “customer only” on the ground are theirs. Unlike Cathay bank, these parkings don’t have their signs saying it is for “Cathay Bank” and the whole alley has this wording on the ground, so I don’t believe this is true. I attempted to explain this to him, but he just didn’t allow us to park there and stood in front of our car. Worrying they will do something to our car and thinking of we need to park on the other side of the parking lot every time in the future, we ended up leaving and not going to Cathay Bank. This comment is not about the bank service and I heard of good thing about this bank from CA, but lack of parking close to this branch and with a neighbor who will ask people to leave, I don’t feel comfortable to go to this bank or at least this location. I honestly don’t want my car being towed away when we are in the bank.

If I could give them 0 stars I would so my daughter and I walk into this bank to cash my check because this was the bank on my check
First impression super rude made it seem like something was wrong with my check didn't verify it or anything just said no we can't cash it it definitely could have been a racial thing but I hope not cause it was so out of line never again don't go there

Worst bank ever. It just took me 20 minutes to go into the branch to withdraw $60 and I was the only customer. Terrible customer service. They treat you like a potential criminal vs. customer.

I and my family opened this bank account 5 years ago. I could say they had good stuffs and good service before. After all good stuffs left, some new stuffs really rude and bad service, don't want to help me and explain to me, that never happened in my life. Good service is most important for customers. I definitely will cancel all my account although it was my main account. How can I trust them again? Horrible thing.

This is the worst bank I've been to my entire life. I just wanted to cash a check from my doctors office, for a refund. And they wanted to charge me $5 for a $32 check. Employees are so disrespectful.

I was trying to inform her that after using my card at her bank, my bank information had been stolen and my bank account drained. She showed no care whatsoever, nothing at all, not a am sorry this happened to you. She actually seemed annoyed that I was talking to her, I was mentioning I had been advice to call them and also do a police report, to which she answered, "do what you want to do " and Hung up on me...
