Visited this store with my mom today to ask about a Cartier ring she had for years/its maintenance and to look around. The Sales Associate was quite short with us and quite cold and rude like we were annoying her with our presence. We wore very normal everyday non fancy clothes and shoes but we didn’t look homeless either. Best advice you can get from Pretty Woman, treat people with a basic level of respect, no matter what. Pretty Woman added because you don’t know who has money but I just think you should treat everyone with basic politeness no matter what. And that’s not what we received here. Go elsewhere. You’re turning a lot of people away acting like this.

Extremely disappointed with our sales aasociate, Fei Hnang. Came here last year with fiance to purchase his wedding ring, a love band. Fei was extremely pushy in him getting a size that he was not comfortable with. She guaranteed he would be more comfortable with a ring that was snug. We listened and bought it. Fast forward to getting married last week. My husband can not wear the ring because it is too constricting. Keep in mind he has not gained an ounce of weight. After wearing it for 24 hours he had to take it off due to discomfort. This is obviously very disappointing because my husband was so excited to wear a wedding band. Now we are married and he is without a ring because some sales person did not listen to him and steered us wrong. Not to mention $2200 is now sitting unused in his closet in a box.

We were assisted by Saprina and she was extremely knowledgeable and kind. We both got one each of yellow gold and rose gold ring and love it.

I suggest you go to different stores as the staff here is rude and unprofessional.
Was there planning to purchase a ring, decided to leave coz the attitude I was receiving from staff, find a new job if you hate your current, don’t let your negative energy influence others.

The Asian lady assistance asked some kind of uncomfortable questions and disrespect us when came in to this shop by accidentally. She might be think that we’re broken people who wanna looked around the fancy luxury jewelry. Recommend to go to another location or city not here!

This experience doesn’t deserve even 1 star. I bring nail ring for repair, It was accidentally banded. Store picked the ring and sent to the factory. Later repair department notified that this kind of damage not reparable and they can offer new ring for 400$. I refused this offer to pay another 400$ and I could not believe that they can’t bend it back. Initially this design was made somehow. They returned ring store and I came for pick up. In store I received very unpleasant conversation with manager. She definitely talk with me not like with customer of Cartier. I fill my self like in front of cashier in Walmart. She wasn’t even try to hide her indifference. On my phrase how I’m surprised that high price of products and popularity of brand doesn’t much expectation from situation I got like absence of warranty and refusing to fix it, she just answer that if I buy expensive car I have to pay for expensive repair too. New cars has warranty at least. This kind ring designed already to be in risk of damage because edge is sharp and catch anything touch.
At least I expect nice communication about this situation and better solution how to resolve my case , of course not for 400$ if ring coast itself 1200$. More over , if repair department can’t fix ring and would like to utilize it , then they take another 400$ for labor work basically? It’s not a purchase of second ring. It’s exchange of same size and same gold.
I think this case supposed to be considered on the top of Managment. Otherwise Service not appropriate of Carrier brand.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing myself a 40th Birthday present while in town on business. Needed a replacement original band for an item I purchased ten years ago: called the boutique with the item number and I picked up the item next day. Solid service, no frills, no barriers.A service technician was able to swap out the band the same day and I walked out a happy client. Will visit the boutique again if required. Thank you-
