“My roommate's dog chewed a hole in the carpet at the top of the stairs. It was very close to the stair and through the carpet pad. Josh and Jake worked around my school to make it work. They took a piece of carpet from my closet and patch the whole with it. Then the put a patch of a non matching carpet in the closet. Right after being patched the colors didn't match but after carpet cleaners came, I can't even tell where the patch is. They lined up the pattern on the carpet PERFECTLY!”

“Jason at Cloud was incredible. He went above and beyond (even during COVID) to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for at the fairest price he could give us. We first met Jason in September 2020 but we were on the fence about getting our floors done because COVID was so bad back then. He held on to our original quote and honored it when we were finally ready this past summer. The guys he hired (flooring, plumbing and painting) made sure everything was exactly as we wanted it.
