“My roommate's dog chewed a hole in the carpet at the top of the stairs. It was very close to the stair and through the carpet pad. Josh and Jake worked around my school to make it work. They took a piece of carpet from my closet and patch the whole with it. Then the put a patch of a non matching carpet in the closet. Right after being patched the colors didn't match but after carpet cleaners came, I can't even tell where the patch is. They lined up the pattern on the carpet PERFECTLY!”

“I have been using Efficient Cleaning and Restoration for many years. They are always very responsive and arrive on time. They move the furniture that needs to be moved, carefully. They clean my carpet at least twice a year, and he always does a great job. The carpet is always spotless after the cleaning. I have a pet, and he takes extra care to remove stains. They have also cleaned my sofas and area rugs and left them in near-new condition. I strongly recommend Efficient Cleaning and Restoration Services for all carpet, upholstery and rug cleaning.”

“Ryan and Ashlee provide excellent service with great follow through. I've worked with many contractors and what I appreciate most about Elite is they take ownership for any delays or mistakes. There were delays with shipment but while other contractors make excuses or try to deny things, Elite Flooring owned up to it and looked to alternative ways to correct the delays. They have a wide selection of products and they care about doing what is best for the customer, not just about selling most expensive item. “Jason at Cloud was incredible. He went above and beyond (even during COVID) to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for at the fairest price he could give us. We first met Jason in September 2020 but we were on the fence about getting our floors done because COVID was so bad back then. He held on to our original quote and honored it when we were finally ready this past summer. The guys he hired (flooring, plumbing and painting) made sure everything was exactly as we wanted it. The prices are comparable at other places but the customer service and the quality of the products they have here were the main reasons we went with them. I would highly recommend Jason and Cloud Carpet for any flooring needs.”
