All of my paperwork was in order and ready to be signed and notarized. Lisa helped me immensely. She was friendly and importantly, very good at her job! CarMax took off my license plates and in less than an hour I was on my way home with a Cashiers Check and a cold bottle of water! A great and completely professional experience.
