Buyer beware! They will sell you stuff that you are unsure of and tell you if it’s wrong you can return it but you can’t! so once you buy it you buy it done I don’t care how much or what it is. And Susie, the purchasing manager, is so rude. Even laughed at me. Bad products bad salesmanship and definitely bad customer service!

Gave the store many chances but enough is enough last time they sold me a coil they gave it to me out the box n no reciept it ended up being the wrong coil I needed they refused to exchange it cuz I didn't have box or reciept which they did not give me just the coil out of the box then this time they sold me a broken piece in with my glass set I got they showed me one in white n then gave me 1 in red n did not show me they changed it from the one I looked at n said I wanted then they refused to exchange it because I didn't open the box n notice until I step outside their door I even told them that it was a different one from the one I kid showed me n they didn't care

They have a pretty good inventory of products here and friendly staff. If your thirsty drinks are priced high here, I've seen a single 16oz peach soda sell for over $5. They do close earlier than other shops, so don't wait until the last minute to shop.

My favorite smoke shop. I go there all time for last 2 years. Always in and out not much waiting. Never any problem s with staff and help me with cigarettes I could afford. Boy i wish prices would stop going up on everything. New employee very helpful Dec 2022.

Not only is everything overpriced, this place is full of non American glass, full of knock off pieces and off brand glassware. The price will be different every time you come to the shop depending on who the employee is that day. They are supposed to open at 10 AM. It's 10 AM and guess what, doors are still locked and no employees in sight. Go elsewhere. Literally anywhere else.

They have a gentleman by the name of Rudolpho...I believe thats his name. I have been looking for a decent shop to buy my puff bars, stopped in there several months ago and Met Rudolpho. Absolutely helpful, very knowledgeable of all there products. I have some pain in my knuckles and was looking for something that would help with the pain, I do not smoke Marijuana so I needed something else that would ease the pain. He recommended CBD oil and I was a bit concerned about how high it was priced. He went on to explain what the oil does and how it will more than likely work for my needs. It did just that, have been using it instead of any pai. Meds. Also I have been visiting ur store every since at least twice a week for my amazing puff bars. He recommended the coffee flavor, since i told him I love coffee. I have loved the flavor and I so appreciate you hiring people like Rudolpho. He actually takes the time to help and pay attention to ur needs and answers all question u may have. He is genuinely a very kind man and ur lucky to have someone like him to run ur store! I would never go anywhere else for all my needs such as incense, puffers, oils.....etc!Thank you Rudolpho u r truly the best!!!
