This place actually knows their products, they gave me an industry discount. The shop is laid out nicely where you can actually see the prices on some items . They had a ton of good vape supplies, actual names like Honey Badger . 5 stars baby

This place is great! Carlito’s has a fantastic selection and good prices.My favorite part is the people that work there — I love going in to find a new vape, they treat you like family.I highly recommend Carlito’s, give ‘em a shot, you’ll be glad you did.

This place is great! The people leaving negative reviews seem like they're just generally unhappy in their lives. Carlito's has solid selection and good prices. My favorite part is the people that work there -- I love going in to find a new vape, they treat you like family. I highly recommend Carlito's, give 'em a shot, you'll be glad you did.

Chris at Carlito's Way / Tropicana was very accommodating and helpful during my stay in Vegas! He was very knowledgeable about the products sold in store, and answered all my questions. Okay selection(On The Run up the street has far better), but the particular employee that rang me up treated myself and all other customers that were there around the same time like we were a massive inconvenience to her. She called people annoying to their face and then dismissed it like it was a Freudian slip. Additionally, she sold me a cracked banger that was wrapped up too quickly for me to take a look at. Fool me once, fine, but I won't be back. Walk about 1/10th of a mile up the road and go to a real headshop.

This place has the thin steel screens I needed. They have the copper ones too. All the other smoke shops I’ve been to only has the thicker screens. I also got my favorite “Tobacco smoking” pipe here and I would really miss it if it was gone. This place has a lot of cool stuff to check out. I guarantee you’ll find something you want. I wish I would of takin some pics. The place is set up pretty nice.

I can not believe that I asked for a bic lighter and got one that looked like a bic but was put right in the bag and I did not see it till I was already back home on the bus in this heat is the only reason I did not go back . Now I get to go to 711 and get one a bic wow I have never that happen to me before.

I asked about the best recommended Vape pens. I was suggested The Morph two. Once I arrive home I realize that that device needed batteries. I drove back immediately and asked the lady did I need batteries or did I need a charger for the batteries. She told me I had to buy the batteries in the charger separate. Once I got home I realized I only needed the batteries. Now she would not take the charger as a return because she told me I need it when I don't. Now she won't open the door and says there's no refunds since I bought it but it doesn't make any sense. I will not be coming back here and let the representative know exactly what they're talking about. This happened on November 4 they close at 8 PM I came at 7:30 PM and drove back-and-forth trying to get the right answer
