This was the first and last time I will ever use this business again. This owner absolutely is the biggest douche bag I've ever talked too. I was extremely clear and specific with what I needed done. Of course right? Anyone willing to pay a nice chunk of change wants the job done right am I not speaking some truth? To come to find out after I'm done paying I checked my seats and they looked completely dry. I touched them to see if I felt any kind of wetness and it was exactly what I though dry and still dirty. The lady who came out to do the job then proceeded to tell me her machine is broke and not in use!!!!!! She would hand brush them. Which stains still didn't come out. The outside wasn't washed correctly. Why in the hell wouldn't you make sure it's working before coming out and doing a job? Let alone not tell the costumer?? That was my biggest problem with the car. Was to get the seats washed.! I have to find out on my own. That shouldn't have worked out that way. The owner was very unprofessional when i confronted him about the situation. I still have our texts and I regret not recording our conversations. I did speak with my bank to refund me because he would not credit me the correct amount. Then the owner proceeded to write a very f****** nasty letter to my bank which I'm not sure if they are aware they did send me a copy and they were even disgusted they would speak about a costumer in that manner. So f*** you guys for treating me like s*** because I got the problem resolved. Good to know other people can see how you treat people. Should think twice before sending out a letter like that. Good luck with your business as I would wish nothing bad.

We have a Tesla Model S and it is White on White! What an amazing job they did. The service was one call away and it was next day. They took their time and detailed to perfection. I will use them from here on out and every luxury car owner can be assured they will do a great job with attention to detail.

Holy hell!! I have 2 under 3 who believe making a mess is their job and boy do they take it seriously. If it's not shaking the Cheez It packets like parmesan on pizza it's hiding Chicken McNuggets in places only little hands can get to. You'd swear they were starving children hiding food for later. Not only did Brent show up on time but early. SCORE! And who knew he was a miracle worker?!! He turned a car that should have been featured in the next episode of Hoarders and made it look straight out of the dealership. Thank you for allowing me one day to feel as if 2 Tasmanian Devils do not live in my car!!
