Called to inquire about exchange rate and the person told me they closed the customer service window at 8pm. Arrived at 5pm and there was a sign stating they’d return at 5:23om. Waited until then. Very ridiculous that there’s not a person that can cover for a personas Lu ch. I heard the lead and another girl behind the pony wall talking and laughing it off. Will never return to this store. Plus the parking lot is dirty and they’re very unorganized.

This on of the most racist places I've been to in a while in Las Vegas. I am a black man. I've found out that in Las Vegas, Hispanics don't like black people. This was on full display at this store. Every aisle I went through I was followed or in eye contact with someone who works there. Then me, my wife, and daughter were getting shrimp, but couldn't weigh it, so I grabbed a ticket which no one was in line to see if they could weigh it for me. A lady that didn't speak English kept pointing to the register for me to weigh it there, so another lady yelled out as loud as she could "Sir weigh it at the front," then when I explained to her I was trying to figure out how much it weighed before I went to the register so I would know if I could get more or over the limit that I came for. She snatched the bag from with a mean look, threw the shrimp on the scale and weighed it then just left it there. When my wife tried to file a complaint they acted like they didn't know where she was, and mind you this is a grocery store and it did even have enough shoppers in there to half way fill a gas station. So if you are my color which is black, this is a no go store, pass it on.

I give it one star because the schedules in the restaurants are not exact and the restaurant staff takes a long time to serve and to look for lunch here you have to come at least 30 minutes in advance in person.

Today I went to this store, I was going to buy bobbins but I saw that there were some the size of one of my fingers, I understand that everything is going up due to inflation but why sacrifice quality and punish the customer when this store has been one of my favorites precisely because of its quality.

I love Cardenas, the ranchera yellow tortillas are the best for my family, I really wish and hope that they open a new location in Henderson.

I stopped this weekend with my family to get some hot ready food and the girl was very rude. She bagged our items and told a guy name Kevin to charge the chicken pieces as whole chicken. We got 2 pieces of chicken leg and thigh and she charged us 4 whole chickens at $50. When I confronted her she said she didn’t know and called Kevin over. I asked him to explain and he ignored me and did something to the register and the 50 dollar chicken went down to $5. I believe she was trying to pocket the difference. They both then called another girl over and neither of the 3 could tell me why she charged me 50 dollars first. Kevin and the 2 girls there are trying to steal from customers.

I called at 7:17 am Mya 26, on this Sunday morning to ask if they had an item in stock, the woman that answered the phone said hold on. I held the phone for 7 minutes then she hung up the phone. The entire time I can hear the music in the back ground along with movement. I called back and they disconnected the call. This is horrible customer service.

Too expensive.... The have triplet it the prices. Let's go to another market...come on community... don't go there no more, unless they lower the prices. Went back silly me for bread. Today it's my 3rd day sick, I caught a bacteria . I ate some bread ( sweet bread) they do bake from the old bread. Guess what? I don't stop vomiting and explosive diarrhea. Don't go through the same I'm going please. And all they can say it's: we're sorry to hear that. Call us. But the never pick up.
