“I decided to get a detail on my relatively new car, so I put in a request for service on Yelp and it was sent out to about 5 businesses. BAM! Less than 3 minutes later, I had a reply from The Best Detail. They gave me a run down of services and prices and the owner then texted me. I asked for a detail that included bug removal, a wax, and leather conditioning. He came up with a fair price and asked if I wanted the service today (it was 3:30 PM). Wow, that was quick! An hour later, 2 of his techs arrived and started on my vehicle. They were very thorough, and about an hour and a half later my vehicle was finished and looking brand new. Overall, a very nice detail service. I will not hesitate to use them in the future.”

“Recently had my Tesla Model 3 wrapped in color PPF. This is not an inexpensive project so I did my research on local shops. 2 years+ of research. I had been watching all the commentary about different shops on one of our local Tesla owners pages and one shop kept getting praise time and time again: Madhouse. I’d say they were shouted out 7x the amount of the next quoted shop. And comments always circled around quality of their work.
Well, after my old Model 3 was hit and totaled, and I got a new one, the time was right to wrap and I knew exactly who I wanted to do it: Mario at Madhouse Customs.
And I’m really glad I did. I love the work he did and I love the value for the price. They’re not gouging and are certainly less expensive than some of the other local shops.
They are literally a family business: a 3 ‘man’ team…husband, wife, & son. And they’ve been working on Teslas since 2012 if I’m not mistaken so they know these cars.
Do yourself a favor and check them out if you are in the market for your custom vehicle projects.”

I'm absolutely blown away by the incredible job Eco's Auto Detail did on my car! My interior looks brand new. The stains on my cloth seats were a nightmare, but they managed to completely remove them.

“You don't have too many places that let you do a self wash. I have been going to a drive-through auto for years. I live in the northwest. So finally found this place. So this place also has an auto wash as well. You can use cards or cash. The cash you put into a machine and it gives you tokens, NOT quarters. It's a great wash it also has something I have never seen. It has this hand-held dryer. It works really well. If you wanted to get into lile side mirrors, door jams. I mean you can use it for the whole car. Best self wash I have ever seen in Vegas or in LA”
“The reason I give them four stars is because the wash is great but being a member at the top tier of pricing I’m at 50/50 weather or not I’m gonna have to wait for someone to open the gate. people on the paying side get in faster than me at times.”

“Took my 2008 Tacoma for interior detailing. It had never been detailed. The inside looked terrible with numerous food stains and drink spills from over the years. My interior was cleaned and restored to a showroom look. I was completely surprised! The best part is they're located in the plaza of my gym. So I got my workout in while they did their thing! I highly recommend this company. The price was fair and reasonable.”

“First time here. Pulled into this establishment and was greeted with three empty lanes to pay for my carwash. Pulled onto the brightly lit tunnel wash conveyor, put it into neutral and coasted down the wash cycle. Loved the unlimited timed vacuum cleaners. Living in the desert requires a weekly cleaning.”
“If the machine was consistent in cleaning my car, I'd give it 5 Stars. However it's a hit or miss. Today, it was a miss. I had a few rain spots from yesterday so, decided to roll through. I came out of the car wash with a dirtier car. Rims were black. Spots all over the hood and windshield. Ended up having to spot clean it by hand.
I go here often enough to know when the machine is not working at its best. I didn't bother telling an attendant as all they say is you have unlimited, just drive through again. Well, I would have been late for work. Hopefully it's performing better by this weekend! Smh? Should have taken photos!!

I received amazing feedback from the WOW Team! Thank you for caring about our reviews. My next wash was so much better. I even received a free upgraded wash to make up for my bad experience. I originally gave WOW 3 stars. I changed it today to 5. Other than my wash not being good a couple weeks ago, I have nothing but good things to say as my experience is usually great when I visit. I was concerned because there was an error in the accounting, but I brought it to his attention, and he fixed it immediately with just a simple explanation. He understood the situation and was very helpful. It’s nice to run across a business that isn’t just looking out for the short term Financial gain.
Smart move Kenny because now that my car is fixed, three months later, I’ll need my car wash service back! Thanks for the three month accident refund. I’ll see as soon as it gets dirty.
