“If you're in town this is the place too rent an exotic. The whole process went super smooth from start to finish. Being a Canadian resident it isn't the easiest renting higher end vehicles and this is the only place that will allow you too.

My husband enjoyed the lambo immensely.. with that being said for you folks out there thinking that 800.00 for a four hour ride is a good deal it is. Unfortunately that’s not what you’ll be paying. There’s so many taxes and fees added on to the final costs. We’re talking thousands not hundred. It was worth the money no doubt. So now you know.”

“A must do while in Vegas! What a fun day! The electric cars were a great way to drive the scenic loop at Red Rock. Our group of ten found the cars easy to drive after a short instruction and practice drive. The staff was beyond great. Brandy was excellent with making our arrangements and some last minute changes. “Picked up car near Vegas airport. Counter was busy, but plenty of staff so minimal wait time. Next staff person looked at my ticket, asked how service was at the counter, and directed me to my choice of cars. Leaving the lot, a young lady checked my ID, asked how the customer service has been, and wished me a nice day. Upon return, a young man named Eric checked my mileage, asked how the car was for me, and directed me to shuttle to terminal. From start to finish a smooth experience by polite caring staff. Highly recommend.”

They make the process easy and smooth for both pick ups and returns. They are very accommodating. I have used multiple different locations around Las Vegas and California for pickups and drop offs and nothing ever changes. If I ever need to extend the rental it’s also such an easy online process. “We were going to have a pathetic experience, but fortunately Dazree saved us, from another employee named Mike.
We were initially attended by Mike, who smiled and promised us to give the best possible deal, but we were shocked to hear the quotation that he gave us, coz this was a 3rd party booking and we had already made some payment online. So we asked him to give us a break up of the amount, that is when he stated throwing tantrums at us saying this is the best he could do and said “ there are others waiting in the queue, take it or leave it”. Basically he did not want to be transparent with us. After that he went inside for something, and out of curiosity I looked at his screen to see the break up, I found out that he upgraded us to another car and charged us for it, also he charged us for the fuel, and we asked him none of that.
That is when I told him why did you do that, and he started yelling at us saying that we are not supposed to look into his screen and asked us to leave the place. We literally had an argument there. Post that Dazree came into the picture and helped us out and we got a quotation half the amount quoted by Mike.
Thank god! that there are good people too in the world full of monsters. It was an hectic experience for us, and we ended up wasting 2 hours.”

“I had to rent a vehicle from this location and the employees there went above and beyond to make sure progressive did their job in making sure that I was taking care of. So much so that they got me a vehicle switched out the very first day because the insurance company messed up. And then dropping off my vehicle I was told the wrong times by customer service and Paul at the Durango location was awesome enough to take the vehicle for me even after hours so I didn't have to come back. Absolutely stellar job guys.”

“I was in desperate need of a vehicle and they rented me one right away. It is a first come, first serve basis, so you get what you get. They do cash for sure or cashapp which I had no issue using and when I returned the car I got my $200 deposit right away. The car we got was good to get us around and it needed a bit of a maintenance check but otherwise it was ok. I did have to clean it out a bit more which didn’t take me long and it would be great that everyone else would follow the rules like no smoking of whatever kind but people can be very inconsiderate to others. So, no complaining here because Epik helped me out when everyone else was truly over charging me or declining me even when they were claiming to do the same as Epik. Thank you so much for making our trip a good one.”

“I made a booking here as the same vehicle for the same dates was $150+ if I got it at the Enterprise airport location. The Uber XL to get here took 7 minutes and cost us 16 dollars upon landing.
We arrived with a midsize SUV booking and had wayyyyyy to much luggage (backpacking gear for 4 people- my mistake I just didn’t realize how much room it would take up) so Lateef Omidiji (Branch Rental Manager) helped me select a larger vehicle that would fit the group better. It cost more but was 100% worth it and we were very grateful they had a bigger vehicle available. He was so patient as we attempted to fit everything into the initial vehicle to no avail.
The vehicle we rented was wonderful, clean, pretty much brand new (3k miles), had miles of trunk space and heated seats that were the best thing ever after we finished our backpacking trip.
When we returned to the drop off Abby checked us in and then Dan let us leave our bags in the car and drove us to the Southwest drop off (3 minutes away) which was so kind and saved us 20 bucks on an Uber XL. The whole drop off/check in/ride to the airport process was soooo quick it probably only added 5 minutes to my total commute from hotel to the airport since the rental place is at the entrance to the departures area.
Overall great service and would rent here again.”
