My car repair took longer than quoted, and was then returned to me with missing parts! This included hardware from A/C lines, and the large plastic guard beneath the engine. These were things that upset me, but I could live with it. Now I'm pissed......these guys installed the upper radiator hose incorrectly. It rubbed against the serpentine belt, causing a major coolant leak and engine overheat. I won't go back.

Where do I start... let's just say, June 10, 2020 I paid JP $12,000 to buy an engine from Blueprint Engines, Stroker 408, and installation. it is now June 9,2022. I learned today that Metro PD locked the doors and the place is closed. after all the excuses I got. all the BS I was told, the Veteran with PTSD is now out of a way to deal with his Issues. I gave my last 12k for this engine. I had a bucket list. One of the things on that list was to build a car from the ground up. Now, I have a 1965 Plymouth Valiant sitting in my garage, no engine, no electricAl system, and no money after it was stolen. Go ahead JP! defend against that! I pray this man answers for stealing from so many people. I would be surprised if Yelp actually posts this rating.

They were nice, friendly, fast and super professional. Topped off all of my fluids and was in and out in less than a hour. I definitely recommend everyone to go to these guys!

My 14 year old car was fixed on time, as promised and at the price quoted with no surprises. Janna was able to get me in last minute. Communication was awesome. When they said they'd call back, they did. Ron gave me the pros and cons of my repairs and even offered up alternatives with other businesses. I appreciate the honesty, courtesy and professionalism.

Got a text yesterday from a representative of Car Medic that they are closed permanently and I have 7 days to remove my car. So they had my classic car for 13 months and $8500 later I have nothing. I have contacted the owner of the building to get in and Decatur Auto next door is going to see what they can do to help me and store the car. I also contacted the credit card company I used and they are starting an investigation. I have contacted an attorney also. The owner of car Medic did get a heart problem and was in and out of the hospital but should not have had his people string me along. There is a police seal stopping the door from being opened..

Got a notice today 2/21/22 that Car Medic is closed and the building owner is giving me 7 days to get my car out of the building. They had my classic car there for 13 months and now $ 8500 later I still don't have my car and have to find someone else to finish the repairs. JP, the owner did get sick with a heart problem and has not recovered enough to run the business. While I feel sorry for him, I was stringed along for months. Last November they told me the car was done and I picked it up and paid in full. The next morning the new rebuilt engine and transmission were leaking, and there was no acceleration. I brought it back and he said it would be done in a couple of weeks. I also decided to get a new exhaust system and paid in advance for it. (trusted him based on the great reviews on Yelp) Nothing was done on the car since then and I got a lot of excuses. They also told me that if I didn't want to wait for the repairs to be made I could take the car somewhere else but there would be no credit or refund. I have contacted an attorney.

Claims to have the lowest prices in town. To install my dual dash cam (front/back) it would take 4.5 hours and cost $580 (just for installation). I could only imagine what the other services cost. Thanks JP I will steer clear of Car Medic Auto Repair and Restoration.

Went here to get a wheel alignment, brought it here at 9am and time passes it's 1:30 and still no call after Ron the front desk said they would give me a call back and let me know. I call them and they say they're still doing the alignment, another hour passes and I call again and they say they can't do the alignment because the car is too low. Such a waste of my time, and very unprofessional. Went to Firestone after that and they did my alignment within 1 hour of taking it there. Don't recommend this place at all
