The team at Capella was amazing to work with. A couple things on the project did not go as planned and they were there step-by-step to help me work through it and ultimately get the loan closed and paid off. Could not recommend them more!

Capella Morgage is the worst company you can find for private loan, their owners, Corine, ******, and Mathew **** are the definition of hypocrite, dishonest, and most of all two-faced liars. I have taken a loan to their company in Nevada made repayment until I found out that Corine ****** was talking to my old partner that illegally took my company and was conniving with him, giving him access to all my information so he could foreclose on one of my property held as a collateral for the loan I took with them. it is already sad that they did not honor the fiduciary duties, but to find out that the opened to trust fund in order to steal the profit of my home that company pocketing $380,000. It’s just unacceptable. I give everyone an advice is to walk away. There’s nothing good with those two people they will always try to take advantage of you lie to you and rub you still away from this company. Capella Morgage in Nevada is as bad as making a deal with the devil. They are according to lie to their clients deceive them misdirect them, and at the end heard them in doing so their health their finance. Their mental states those criminals ask me should be in jail, and I wonder who granted them a license to loan money. Don’t be fooled by the fake and the fake reviews you see online they are all made up by people are used to trust and took advantage of me, so make yourself a favor and walk away.

For 12-years, I have done business with Capella Mortgage. They have lent me money when I needed it. They fund my deals very quickly. More important to me is that they follow through on what they say they will do. Ethics means a great deal and these guys have it. As a realtor I work with many lenders and I can say Jonny and the Capella team are true rockstars! We found an investment property we liked and needed a hard money loan, they were able to close us sooner than originally planned to accommodate a closing before we left for vacation. They closed on a property for us in just 7 days, of which only 5 were actual business days. Their communication is unmatched I highly recommend them for non-traditional financing!

Jonny Kendall and Capella Mortgage thank you so much for closing on our new construction home in Texas. Owning a second home was our dream and as a current stage 3 cancer patient this feels like a dream, it all happened so fast and we are so grateful. Amazing first experience. I worked with Jonny Kendall to get a loan approved for a fix and flip project. It was a smooth process throughout. Very easy to contact and get a hold of Jonny via direct line to his cell phone. It was my first time getting a HML and he walked me through the process without any hiccups.
