I Love this place. I've got medical issues and I'm never disappointed with what was given. Quality in Flower and quality In cartridges. Thinkingasked for delivery,. The driver GATTI was so sweet my little pup was EXCITED to see him he had a treat for her. WOW, WHAT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Thanks a bunch you made her day!

I specifically asked for something fresh. The budtender assured me that it was "very fresh". When I get home the bud is extremely dry and flavorless. The terps had all evaporated. I looked at the harvest date and it's back in March .. six months. I would have gladly paid more for something fresh. Budtenders should be mindful of any questions asked and check something if they don't know, instead of guessing.

We came here twice while passing through Vegas and will DEFINITELY be stopping here any time we're in the area. The prices and deals really can't be beat!! Other places are MUCH more expensive and you just know you're paying for their building and decor. This place is very clean and nice but smaller to pass the savings on to you. The people are warm and personable and SO helpful. Gotti and Amanda helped us and an older lady (I didn't remember her name). They are all super knowledgeable and helpful in finding exactly what we wanted for taste and results. They do have delivery, which is amazing but you should really come in so you can meet and talk with the great people here. Go here. It will become your new favorite!

Used to be the place- not sure if there are new owners? But absolutely terrible downhill the past few months. Went a few times a month for a couple years but now the service, quality and pricing is horrible. Sad.

Extremely disappointed, I decided to use the sanctuary again after switching to Inyo. I put my order in at 10:47 am it is now 2:50 and still no delivery. The driver told me I was first on his list and he'd be here soon over an hour ago so I called back and get told there's a few people ahead of me. Horrible customer service in that regard. I mentioned the problem to someone working in delivery and not so much as an apology was given.

I ordered from Leafly and the crew at The Sanctuary was so thorough and awesome about everything. They called to confirm the order and the delivery was pretty fast, even though it's a busy weekend. Gatti, our delivery driver, was the cherry on top of our great service. He was so upbeat and kind, and he made me feel very safe. Will def be ordering from here again.
